have removalists etc but i got around to contacting these guys only to be told warranty is one month... How pathetic is that. I have since contacted others who offer minimum 3 months. My advice....look elsewhere. I would not recommend these people at all and will never use them again I would like to update this review. Termitrust responded and listened to my particular circumstance and they attended site the very next day to perform a respray of the areas causing us concern. I had my beautiful timber floor pulled up I sought a second opinion. Termitrust was recommended to me.

Their “domestic supervisor” Barrie Price kindly contacted me and came to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable with years of experience in this field and assured me he could eradicate the ants but depending on the size of the nest it could take some time. At this stage I could no longer live in my home and was in a very distressed state. Barrie was very supportive and cameevery two weeks to inspect progress with the “bait station” he had installed.

I am happy to say that after three months I am about two weeks away from moving back into my “restored” home.

It has been a nightmare but accolades to Barrie for his expertise and kind support. Thanks also to the two young men who were so friendly and respectful whilst doing a thorough job on the “perimeter barrier” around my home. I am extremely grateful!

No common sense! – Had a guy spray our place but couldn't complete the job as it was pouring with rain. He was very good and was very accommodating as i didn't want the baby's room sprayed. unannounced and asks for a person who doesn't live here, apologises for having the wrong name and says he's here to complete the spray. He tells me to close all windows and doors as the spray is toxic and not safe. Some warning would've been good as we were frantically trying to get kids toys inside. Totally forgot to grab the washing off the line and now it smells of poison (3 loads of clothes and bedding, that now i need to rewash)!! Well the spray was done in about 10 minutes and as he gets to the last part of the house (the verandah) he sprays poison all over my potted herb garden! There goes the organic herbs. When i asked him why he just sprayed my herbs he apologised and said don't worry they won't die. I informed him that those were organic herbs, he told me he can spray water on them and it should be fine.

I found this totally unprofessional and I'm disgusted with the service (or should I say lack of service) we received.

Friendly but inadequate – After using Termitrust for a pest inspection and spray ($710), we thought we would be protected for the next 5 years. Wrong. We have already found a bull ant, and a mouse inside our house. This is despite asking the technician if he had seen any signs of mice. He denied seeing any. Unprofessional – had my house sprayed (spiders and ants) and literally the job was finished within 20 minutes. was then told a manager would contact me............a week later nothing so I sent a text indicating that I would no longer be back as a customer. to top that off i just received a phone call from the manager asking me why i had sent the text and why didn't I pick up the phone and call them. My response was I was asked to text through photos in the first place and suddenly you have picked up the phone to call me but nothing for a week. no intention to help the situation other than brush it off. extremely poor service and management. Would not recommend at all.

Waste of money – I had them come out and do a pest inspection and spray. wasn't sitting right with me and I wasn't happy with the inspection so I decided to save up and get a new one with a different company.

Turns out I have termites and they are in the house, and out the backyard in some logs.

So I am now looking at spending a minimum of $7500 to have them all killed and to get a builder in to make sure that everything is safe and stable.

So thank you Termitrust you do not live up to your name and I will never recommend you to anyone.

Unprofessional! – Called to book in a service for 19th April. After no show, I called them up only to find out that it has been booked for the following week (26th). Took me a while to explain to them that it was incorrectly booked by the person. No apologies....nothing! You have lost my business.

Disappointing – went seeking termi trust, as my family was sceptical about spiders as we were moving into this old property and spiders were back in two weeks after pest control process like they never went away,, not sure if termi trust is the premium service they make out be

tell me the technician was now having a day off on 22/01/2018. When I stated I revieved no such text or call, once again I was rudely told I had. When I asked what number they had called, I had never heard of the mobile number. The lady told me that I had updated my mobile details, so I did get a call and text and indicated I was lying. I again stated it was not my mobile number they called. After a huff and puff from tnis rude woman, she stated, "I supposed I now have to take the blame for that. I wasn't even here on Friday." When I asked when can they come and do the pest control, I was told not at least until next week. So absolutely no attempt to right their wrong. I couldn't take this rude and abnoxious woman any longer, so I just hung up. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM. PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES THAT DON'T TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE.

Great Service for a Difficult Problem – I have been using Termi Trust for a few years now and have been very impressed with their service. Unfortunately last time when I called I was told that it would cost me $100 more then it used to. Although I agree that our propetry is on the bigger side, I can't justify payging nearly double then I used to twice a year. Such a shame as I have used someone else and it is nowhere near as good although price is very close to what I am used to pay.

Only seen dead spiders since – I booked with Termitrust because they had a special on - 299 for termite inspection and pest spray. I haven't seen spiders since, only dead ones. The guy spent the appropriate amount of time here. Looking to get them in for the termite baiting as well.  Show reply

Spider treatment encouraged them to grow bigger and come in greater numbers – Had my house treated on 03/01/17 as part of the termite inspection deal. Pests back within 1 month – I had my ants spiders and cockroaches treated in December 2016 and by January 2017 they were all back. by another company the previous years with excellent long lasting results so I have since contacted another company to come and treat my pests.

Termitrust has since contacted me very promptly and advised that if i had contacted them directly they would have organized to come back as they do have a 3 month guarantee and its up to the phone operator at time of booking to mention it. I suggested that they don't rely on the operator and instead put it in their contract which they took on board which was great.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish – We have been using this company for the last 15 years as they installed the termimesh for our house. from and what time I should expect him. This was then followed up by a text message reminder the day before. Today the technician (Nicholas) arrived to do our regular pest control. He arrived right on time, greeted me and explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any questions. The technician was very thorough and his work ethics is to be commended especially having to get up in ceilings in these really hot conditions. Just took it all in his stride. He went through a detail report of the work he had completed and what steps we should take if we had any questions or concerns with the products used or warranty. Payment was easy as he was able do it all electronically on the Ipad. I would certainly recommend the service/company and will be requesting Nicholas again for our next inspection if his available.

Aggressive thugs of the industry – Absolutely disgraceful conduct from a bunch of bananas that couldn't be trusted to operate a doorbell let-alone a motor vehicle, let-alone be trusted to keep your building safe from pests. Good operators are out there, but this mob certainly is not one of them.

More "Disgusting Service" and account keeping with no invoice or report, then letter from Debt Colle – We engaged Termitrust in 2015 to conduct annual termite inspection as we have done in other years. The technician attended in February 2015 and indicated after the inspection that the company would provide an invoice. Life ticked on by with no invoice provided. advised that they do not have our details on file (?) We took our business to Rent-to-Kill. In June 2016, we were called by Termitrust to remind us that our annual review was due. I informed them that we took our business elsewhere due to their indication that we are not on their records. The Termitrust rep then stated that 'by the way, you haven't paid your invoice from February last year (2015)". No invoice was sent after this call or at any time in 2015 (some 16 months ago). On 19 September 2016, and in the absence of ANY further contact from Termitrust, we received a debt collections notice demanding payment of the invoice from February 2015.

We immediately paid the amount to avoid any protracted legal battle and sent a detailed letter to Termitrust informing them of the circumstances. At no stage did we receive an invoice in 2015 or even again when the caller from Termitrust contacted us in June this year (2016) to drum annual review business and inform us of our unpaid invoice.

In the mail yesterday (27 September) was a copy of the 2015 invoice and Termite Inspection Report, as we requested with no acknowledgement of my letter, its contents, their poor service and account keeping or even a receipt for payment.

We will never recommend this company to anyone. It seems that our sentiments are echoed on this forum from other disappointed customers.

the infestation was worse I was handed over to the manager at Brisbane termitrust (Andria) she said there's nothing they can do because I'm suppose to get a work order from my real estate yet the last 2 times that they had come out I wasn't asked about a work order so they clearly weren't doing there jobs properly and their was apparently a work order for when they came out in January (which is impossible because I had changed realestates) so now I'm stuck to fork out money for pest control because you's obviously don't know how to do your jobs properly. My point of view is that you's try and do whatever you can to avoid your warranties because I'm still under warranty and you's refuse to do anything about it!!!

Happy – I have stations set up around the house that were installed about six years ago and I am happy with the service. I have had a couple of accounting problems with them but on the whole I am pleased.

Terrible customer service!!!! – Just rang to enquire on getting a quote for a termite inspection and the woman was completely rude and treated me as if i was stupid! Hence I will not even be getting them out for a quote - very rude and unfriendly. Do not recommend them at all!!!

Great company and service – been using these guys for years at my property in Cottesloe -service has been great as has lack of pests!
