Rubbish - don’t buy - scam – Took forever to arrive and I was so disappointed with what I received. Terrible and Dangerous – The pillow was too small and did not support the head/neck at all, filled with tiny microbeads that went hard when compressed by lying on them. detailed and I eventually received a refund but this product is dangerous with those tiny static microbeads that got in my hair and eyes and throat - they could easily kill a baby or young child. Customer Service people did not care that it was a dangerous product that should not have ever made it to the market. It took ages to arrive from China and should not have been allowed into Australia.
Did I get something different? – I read reviews before I received the 2 pillows i ordered and was quite skeptical. Yes they took a long time to reach me. I am very impressed with the pillows and the cases I got. Yes they are smaller than the average pillow - but hey it fits my whole head and excellent neck support as well as cooling. I can also take it away with me so I dont have to use hotel pillows - i am loving tha pillow for ma head and ma neck

Complete rubbish – Don’t buy, it’s rubbish from China and feels like a brick - so uncomfortable.
That is NOT a pillow a block of concrete YES! – Ordered November 25th and received the pillow on January 11th, after I emailed and asked where the pillow was. The pillow is small, appears to be made of a filling similar to what you find in carnival stuffed toys! It is horrible, truly horrible! I didn't find the pillow had a chemical smell as many have said but there is an odour. The product is not as advertised in anyway and completely unusable. DO NOT BUY!!!!
Would give a minus star if it was available – They seem to have gone bust and it's not surprising. I am trying to get a refund after waiting weeks for a pillow which ended up coming from China and smelling so toxic I had to remove it from the house! The company want me to return it to China before they will facilitate a refund. So basically I have to spend more of my own money in the hope that it will eventually be acknowledge as returned, as they refuse to provide an Australian address.
Terrible waste of money – Purchased in November, it didn’t arrive until mid January. They didn’t even send it till I complained I didn’t have it yet in late December. Total scam. Pillow is a joke. Not comfortable. Poor quality.

TERRIBLE – Stinks, Tacky, absolutely rubbish. Don't waste your money with this company.
SCAMMERS – Do not order from them whatsoever. You never receive the products get charged and when you email get the run around about it. They give you a tracking number that doesn't work at all. This place should be shut down and no one should be affiliated with them like afterpay.

Scam and rip off – Cheap, tacky, smells of chemicals. DON’T buy it!!! It’s all a scam from China. Not even worth it telling them or returning it due to postage. All I got was excuses.

5 star reviews on their Web site which are obviously crap..so in return I said that should look at reviews NOT on their website to see what people are really saying...lesson here ??? Don't buy from ads on Facebook.
The worst thing I have ever bought – It took 3 weeks to deliver although the ad says 5 to 8 days and it comes from China. It is so small and is so uncomfortable. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, however to get a refund you must not use it. How are you supposed to work out if it's suitable without trying it. Please don't buy from this company. So now I can't return it even though I used it only once. $49.95 down the drain. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
Awful product. Awful service. Deserves zero stars – Quite frankly I hate this product. It is small, smells of chemicals, and is the exact same material and filling as childrens squishy toys. Shipping took a month longer than advertised, and am currently in the process of trying to get a refund despite the "money back guarantee". Do not buy this pillow.

refund!! (Without a fight) The pillows are on their way back to head office in Sydney. I wait patiently for my refund of $89.95 - shipping to & from. & that’s after a 60% Black Friday discount.
In summery : the concept is there, but poorly executed with cheap China manufacturing & badly worded refund policy’s - that do stand up under Australian consumer protection laws! - know your rights, buyer beware.
Absolute rubbish – Much smaller than in advertising pictures. Doesn’t hold ‘ergonomic’ shape. Not comfortable at all. Doesn’t look nice on bed as too small. Had to contact several times when my 5-8 day shipping took over 1 month. Not Australian as in ad - from China - definitely do not waste your money.
Not what you pay for – There is the saying you get what you pay for, but in this case you truly dont. enough defently if a shoulder sleeper, quite bad for my neck. These pillows can be found on Aliexpress for $14 delivered. I have a very similar type travel neck pillow from Kmart that use these so called micro beads. all they are is poly bean bag beens but much smaller. So huge waste of money. These will only be used as travel pillows for the kids when in the car as for that purpose there perfect just not $49.95 perfect. I do feel ripped off but hey the support etc is truely local, just poor choice of a chinese cheep cloud pillow. their fb page and saw them telling other's they're an Australian company. I commented back that they aren't and the item is from china. They deleted my comment. I asked why, so they blocked me.
I recieved my pillow today. It's awful. It's tiny (a 1/3 of the size of a normal pillow and uncomfortable.) Not worth the money in my opinion. I saw a zipper on it, thinking it was a pillow case but Nooooo! It was a zip that let out all the sand size beads. Who does that? Why put a zipper to let the filling out? Surely it'll pop open. Also making people wait until after checkout to have an option to buy the pillow case, it's right.
I would ask for a refund again, but it seems that now I've opened it, I won't be eligible for the refund.

Shipping takes ages – In the original confirmation order it said 7-12 days delivery. I've been waiting for 30. And now they are saying 18 more working days. Useless....
Just got my pillow – Most uncomfortable pillow i have ever laid my head on, do not buy this unless you love the feeling of lying on sand.

Loveeeee my pillow – Absolutely love my pillow!! It has helped my neck so much. I am so happy that I got it. The customer service (Sabrina) was extremely helpful and the shipping was fast.
NEVER RECEIVED! – Ordered two pillows and two pillow cases on 11th Oct. Only received 2 pillowcases and after months of back and forth with this company I still have no pillows! And they won't give me a refund. SCAM ALERT!!!!
