design consultant handling it was unavailable and later went on leave without an out-of-office response or apparent handover. Although I received a refund, the lack of communication, accountability, and proactive service caused me to lose confidence in the company.

We selected The Blind Factory after getting a couple of other quotes - Josh was just more professional than some of the others and came out to our property a second time to answer some questions as we navigated through the process. James was accommodating to our scheduling needs then on the day of install was prompt, polite and efficient. The install itself was perfect and James made adjustments where needed to ensure a good fit. Now a few days after install we're absolutely loving the transformation of our spaces, with a combination of blockout roller blinds (some automated) and sheers. Really happy with The Blind Factory.

Right from the outset Anne was very responsive and easy to deal with. and his Dad Scott were brilliant. It was a pleasure having them in our home for several days installing all the curtains, roman blinds, roller blinds and Zipscreens very professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. If I have anymore new house projects in me, I’ll definitely be going straight back to the whole team.

The whole process was fairly painless. I reached out through their website. I got a call to arrange for measurements and that went really smoothly. The pricing was good too. We purchased a blind with electric motor and side bars. The blind looks great and works really well. You could feel the wind coming under the blind and it stopped as the blind closed. renovated windows, was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and she helped me navigate all the options. Next, the quality of the curtains is fantastic. Have never felt so “grown up” as I have since they have been installed. We have had sheer curtains, blockout, and Roman blinds installed in our 4 bed house. All beautifully made and installed, first batch by Jason, and the next batch by James; both installers have done a fantastic job. Have already recommended them to a friend. Such good value, for amazing quality and a lifetime warranty.

Disappointing – The person who came for the initial visit gave me false information.. as in the blind she recommended wasn't going to work in that particular spot. The guy who came and measured up before the fitting was great and told me what I needed that would fit. would refund my money. Really disappointing. Bad customer service from first consultant. I won't be using them in future. (and I was going to so was a bad decision on their part).
