We purchased a blind with electric motor and side bars. The blind looks great and works really well. You could feel the wind coming under the blind and it stopped as the blind closed. renovated windows, was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and she helped me navigate all the options. Next, the quality of the curtains is fantastic. Have never felt so “grown up” as I have since they have been installed. We have had sheer curtains, blockout, and Roman blinds installed in our 4 bed house. All beautifully made and installed, first batch by Jason, and the next batch by James; both installers have done a fantastic job. Have already recommended them to a friend. Such good value, for amazing quality and a lifetime warranty.

My blinds were installed 5 years ago and I’m very happy with them. Recently the turning mechanism failed on one of my blinds. I contacted Brookvale office who immediately arranged for a technician to fix the problem. The technician arrived a few days later and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Shop staff helpful, Ann Bates came to house to measure for timber venetians but when they proved unsuitable was effective to guide me to a second choice, Gavin installed the blinds. However one blind couldn't be fitted - a manufacturing error and less important but not pleasing, the window blind wands were 30% too long. I was disappointed. Today… Read more ·  1

the most delightful Harvey fitted the replacement blind, shortened the wands, made a slight adjustment movement so that one of the sliding door blinds hung even better and all in all his work and cheerfully pleasant manner cheered my day and me a customer happy with buying from The Blind Factory.

Disappointing – The person who came for the initial visit gave me false information.. as in the blind she recommended wasn't going to work in that particular spot. The guy who came and measured up before the fitting was great and told me what I needed that would fit. Then after that I was told by initial constultant (3 weeks later) that they couldnt' do it and… Read more

would refund my money. Really disappointing. Bad customer service from first consultant. I won't be using them in future. (and I was going to so was a bad decision on their part).
