Follow-up · As mentioned before, the blind was not cheap but robust and professionally made with a lifetime guarantee which speaks volumes. The installers were well versed with the installation process and did a great job. I think the company has a reputation to uphold with so much radio advertising.
I bought my blinds from this company 3 years ago and the after sales service when I have had a few problems has been fantastic. They helped come up with a solution to make it easier to recharge my automated blinds as I’m a little too short and my ceilings are too high and Jhon did a great job with the installation today. Follow-up · To answer the questions I recharge the blinds about every 6 months some aren’t used as much so they are probably every 8 months. They essentially added an extension cord in the charging port so I no longer need to get up on a ladder when they need to be recharged.
