If our dog could type she would give this product five stars. Humans should note that extracting the bed from the vacuum packaging and fluffing it up takes some effort. Would suggest you get assistance if you have arthritic wrists. Overall, our dog (a Jack Russell) is very pleased with her new bed.

I love the bed it is a bit big but that is my fault. I just wanted to tell you my dogs like the bed they go into it at least once a day. ( I am trying to get them off the couch). You know who loves the bed is my grandchildren every time they come over they run to the bed first, my 3 year old granddaughter lays in it to watch tv. Thank you for such good quality. Our Tenterfield Terrier absolutely loves his bed, he sinks into it like he is on a fluffy cloud. The cover is easy to remove and put on and we bought an extra one at the time of purchase. When it arrived and we did the light kneading and put it out into the the sun it formed into a beautiful shape.We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service we received. This company really lives up to their advertising.

Bought the chew resistant luxe bed for my dog. He loves it and this is totally Chew proof! I have a purebred American bully that cannot own any beds or toys as they don't last (ask me how much money I spent on them over 4 years...) and this bed has lasted and is easy to wash. Very big too. Only thing is the top part (soft fluffy that sits on top of bed) is not Chew proof so I had to remove it.

Our old doggo is terminal and finds it really difficult to get comfortable - she absolutely loves this bed it is roomy, soft and gives her support in all the right places. It is totally worth the money - high quality and you can take the topper off to wash.

The mattress part of the bed itself it decent and my dog seems to like it, however the "chew proof" claims are completely false - my dog chewed through the fluffy cover within a day of having it. I tried to contact The Brooklyn for months and never received a reply.

The zip broke within 3 weeks of having the bed and they refused to replace it. My dog had barely slept in it and suddenly one day I noticed that the stuffing was coming out. suggested that I try and re thread the zip, but there was nothing to thread it on to. They offered a new cover but I had to pay for it!! For an expensive bed this was not what I expected, very disappointed and would not recommend this product.

Our labradoodle LOVES the XXL round calming bed. Awhile ago, I got the rectangular one but he never used it. I took off the waterproof part and now he loves that too!

The bed itself is great. The directions to ensure I had bought the correct size prior to opening up the package was concerning since I could not find the size labelled anywhere on the package. Was it written in Chinese? Oh well. Only issue is it doesn’t come larger and my teenage son wants one for himself.
