Please heed this warning. This is a scam. Do not buy from these people. There customer service is non-existent. You will not receive a refund unless you press the matter through consumer affairs. Ordered 2 blankets from the Calming Co in December 2025. They still haven’t arrived. Nor is the company responding to my email. Such a shame as I’ve ordered from them previously with no problems.
Follow-up · I never received the orders which were placed in December. I never received any response from the Calming Co, to my emails. Thankfully my bank refunded my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Claim to be Australian but products are shipped from china. I ordered a blanket in November 205 and still don’t have it and they won’t give me a refund because first they claim it has already been dispatched, then they claim the delay is due to manufacturing issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible company that dropships from China, hardly respond and would not refund us as the goods had not been shipped over a month after order was placed. Still waiting for the goods to arrive and it has been almost two months since purchase. Will be reporting them to the ACCC.
Four weeks after ordering product, it still hasn't shipped! Have emailed multiple times and responses are "thanks for your patience", "slight delay". I've now officially requested full refund and dispute with PayPal. Do NOT order from this company! Even though it is a .AU site and name, it is clearly using an overseas communication centre, as all replies are received just after midnight!

23 days since purchase and still not shipped. Refund policy is 14 days from purchase, that is well past. What a joke.
I ordered the luxurious beanie mattress. It took 4 weeks of nothing until I asked them where my order was. They gave me some speil about shipping being delayed. I then told them I would dob them in to the Australian federal Police and all of a sudden I receive a tracking number. Please find attached the bit of garbage they sent me. Transaction dispute lodged.

I sent this email on the 4th of June and received a response on the 6th of June, stating "it has already been successfully processed and is currently in the shipping phase". I emailed again on the 3rd of July (nearly a month after it was supposed to be in the shipping phase) asking them if they had an ETA on my order being shipped. They responded the next day saying that they cancelled my order due to my request to cancel. I emailed back saying that I never asked them to cancel, only wanted an ETA and I asked them why they cancelled. They said to save me the long wait time. I've waited nearly 2 months already so I feel like they didn't save me from anything. They have apparently refunded my money but we will see how true that is in a few days.

50% refund, which I don’t think is fair considering the product is clearly not what was advertised. I requested a full refund but they’ve refused, and now I’ve had to escalate the issue through Afterpay. This has been a really frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re okay with mystery packages and poor quality. Definitely not what I expected.

SCAM!! Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a Calming Sherpa Doona for $131 NZD and have been waiting for over a month for it to arrive. I have sent emails in regards to my purchase and yet no reply/communication. This company is obviously not situated in Australia, but somewhere off shore. Do not purchase from them. Follow-up · Yes I paid by card, I checked their website and no delivery method was used at all. When I again checked their website, I saw some minor spelling mistakes which should have been a red flag. Do not buy from them as they will block you.

Never buy from here, I paid 26th October 2025 16 emails later 28th February 2026 they won’t refund can’t give me tracking number and state since it’s in transport a refund can’t be given. Buyer beware don’t do it they are lying!

Looks like an absolute scam and a con. Ordered in November 2025, chased up in January 2026 – got some very vague email reply about supply difficulties, delay etc. Chased up again in February – zero reply. No phone number available on the website for personal contact. No email address available just a contact form. The usual alarm bells should’ve been ringing. Definitely avoid. Definitely not calming.
