Extremely disappointed – Placed my order in May 2024 - followed up on delivery every few weeks. Was advised they had moved premises and then I find out he has sold the business and they are not honouring my order. I feel sorry for the issues he had, but to keep our money for nearly five months and then close up - totally disappointed.

Don't let them beat you! – Like other customers, I waited a long time for my paid order but it was never delivered. I also was unable to contact Canvas Art Factory by phone and received no response to emails. I then contacted the Office of Fair Trading (QLD) and received a full refund five weeks later without any explanation or apology.

So Happy! – Wow what a company, no issues with a warranty claim The Canvas Art Factory Shop went above and beyond my expectations to rectify issue. The prints look fabulous I can highly recommend this company for your canvas prints.

Great service and product – I have ordered twice once nearly 6 years ago and again Dec 2022. Delivery was prompt and the quality and colour of the canvas print is excellent. Can't fault it for the price. Thanks!

Fantastic Service and Product – I ordered and received a large framed Monet (measuring 80cm width) and am delighted with the product. It was delivered by Aramex in just 6 days from Brisbane to Melbourne and in perfect condition. The print will perfectly complement my decor - it is good quality and very reasonably priced. It was really well-packed and I am very happy with the purchase.

Shithouse Service – Absolutely disgusting. Ordered painting 5th June 24 still no painting & phone & business are closed on website. DO NOT BUY. They are SCAMMERS & need to be reported

Disgusting – I would give 0 star. Do not order or buy from them. This canvas art factory is an online scammer, I order 2 prints 3 months ago, waited and waited, still nothing. I dispute the transaction with the bank, and how dare they challenge the dispute. Disgusting

BUYER BEWARE!! – I ordered two prints in April and finally got a refund from my bank in August as I'd paid via credit card. They are in administration and their phones are disconnected. Their website, however, appears to still be active. BUYER BEWARE!!

Appalling, stay away! – Absolutely disgusted by this company. Placed my order on 28th April it's now 22/8 and have not received my products or response to my emails saying I was cancelling my order and wanting my full refund of $272.16. is that they are a scam, not a real company and have not shown otherwise. I have not received either my products or money. My two last emails dated 23/7 and 6/8 have remained unanswered. They have worn me out. I rang them and sent emails and still nothing! This company is appalling, I would NOT recommend anyone to use them. I have now resorted to posting on Facebook.

Item not delivered and not able to contact seller – Same poor experience all the other recent reviewers. I ordered a print on 20/6 and I have not had any updates regarding my order - apart from a general one in mid July saying that they had their new factory up and running. I am trying to get a refund via my bank as i am unable to get any response from them.

Scam scam scam – Horrible experience. Pretty much the same as everyone else. Phone disconnected, they don’t reply to emails. Why don’t we all band together and get this on ACA.

Do not order anything from this company!! – I ordered $1000 worth of prints from this company in mid July. Still waiting. No reply to emails and phone is disconnected. It appears the company went bust months ago but they are still advertising online and taking people’s money! How is this allowed to continue?? Terrible experience!

Shocking – This company is the same as the Canvas Art Factory uses the same mailing list! They owe me over $200 from May this year do not give them any money or business

STAY AWAY !! – I GOT A REFUND FROM PAYPAL When my order hadn’t arrived, I emailed several times - no reply. Their phone number doesn’t connect. LOTS of people on line leaving reviews similar to my experience. My refund from PayPal was easy and fast. Just log in to your PayPal account, select the transaction you’re disputing, select item not received & that you’ve tried to make contact with the seller. My refund was in my bank hours later.

never received product and its been 8 weeks – POOR POOR POOR. took my money and 8 weeks later have no product. Over $1000 dollars order. They wont answer emails or phone calls!!!!!

Terrible company never do business with them – I placed an order to print 2 of my pictures in early May 2024. on23rd May I was advised that there is a delay due to relocation of the factory. Since then, No response to any of my emails or phone calls. Company phone is disconnected. Never respond to emails. Terrible company. Stay away from them. do not waste your money.

VERY POOR!!! – DO NOT BUY, COMPANY phone is disconnected, I have lodged complaint with NSW DEPT OF FAIR TRADING who also has not been able to contact this business!!!

Scam!! – Spent over $470 mid April on paintings and haven’t received anything. Phone number on website doesn’t work, and emails are being ignored. Have reported to CBS and my bank.

Another burned customer – Just another burned customer who has lost $180 and looks like I'll never see it again. Stunned that they're legally allowed to continue accepting orders.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! – BEWARE………..I am still waiting on 2 large Prints ordered early May 2024. Last communication was through Facebook and Facebook Messenger mid June, when I tried to reply to the message this morning on how my order was progressing, it looks like they have blocked me . I also went on Facebook to see if they are still advertising and yep, you guessed it no advertisement Exists. oh well $400 Suzzie Payne

Fraud Fraud – I have been in the same boat as many others, 16th of April I placed my order and at no stage was advised of any issues until the 5th of may and the excuses started to come forward. I'm going through PayPal to retrieve my money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Update, lucky I purchased through Paypal, I was given a full refund of over $800

Criminal scammers – I cannot believe they are still taking orders on their website as they are obviously still trading while insolvent. Having the same problem as everyone else, ordered over six weeks ago. No answer to email and phone disconnected, showroom also closed. They have another business and website called photos on canvas and same thing. Avoid both at all costs. Will be reporting them and getting refund from PayPal.

Ripped Off – Placed my order on the 24th April and I am still waiting. There has been no communication and no explanation as to why they can not honor their orders. What really annoys me is the website is still running so how many others are going to be ripped off by these shameless scammers.

SCAMMERS - Company does not exist – Ordered a print on 10/4/2024 PAID in FULL, had some communication regarding moving of the warehouse.
