in centre and waled pass shop, noticed from the front what I wanted, and bought 2 identical reclining chairs. The lady serving was very polite, not pushy and explained everything from the product to the delivery service very well. I am very happy will the pro0duct and the price paid. The range isn't huge, but they do carry mattresses in European sizes; a real find if you're relocating with your bed frame and didn't realise Australian mattresses are a different standard (like us!). sleep patterns and habits. We went with a Bio Latex 2-season mattress, and we're happy with the product itself. One tip for the shop, though: the mattress is heavy, wobbly, and has no handles, which makes it genuinely hard to move. Unfortunately, the delivery didn't account for this. It's outsourced to a third-party company, and the two team members who came weren't well prepared for the job. Their truck was quite messy and dirty, and without handles to grip, they had trouble unloading the mattress and ended up dragging it along the street, through the entrance, and up our stairs. The plastic cover was completely torn and got very dirty in the process. We'd still recommend the shop for the product and for the in-store advice, but I'd suggest they either provide handles or a proper cover for these mattresses, or brief their delivery partner on how to handle them properly.

I've made my bed! – The store is well located in Church Street with off street parking. There is an excellent display of products. having the bed assembled for an additional charge, however we declined and did it ourselves. It wasn't easy and I've had plenty of experience! The included assembly instructions were very poor and frankly inadequate. For an Italian company selling into an English-speaking country, they should be much better and far more comprehensive. Obviously if you have the bed assembled then this is not an issue.

Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase. The mattress and slat base make for a very comfortable bed. The bed can easily be folded away even whilst made up, with two straps holding the bedding in place.

The staff at the Richmond store were very helpful with good product knowledge.

However, I have had over time, on & off, some problems with the remote control. When I spoke with Ben today, he patiently navigated me through the usual rectification steps for resetting it. Then he suggested the bed control app. on my mobile phone, which he kindly helped me with over the phone. All of this took quite some time. So glad I can use this adjustable feature again & it's working smoothly & reliably now. I'm very grateful to Ben for his patience, understanding & excellent customer service to me to get the problem resolved quickly. Attention to detail including letting me know the different mobility access options between the stores as I was bringing an elderly lady with me. • Excellent experience involving Patrick and Matt in terms of the administration side of placing the order, to needing to alter the order due to a last minute and urgent change in circumstances for the lady I ordered the chair for - we planned to wait several months for the shipment with a chair in the darker fabric. I called and requested an in stock chair and it delivered 3 days later. Plus, I received emailed receipts in a prompt manner. • Delivery experience was excellent - their warehouse representatives were charming, caring and customer focused. Plus, they arrived on the booked date and on time. They set up the chair and took away packaging.

The bed is excellent, all the electronics work perfectly. But in fact I should like to to compliment the staff who were very helpful, both in the shop, and when they came to install the bed. Love the latex mattresses from The Comfort Shop and that they come in different levels of firmness. We had one from there for a long time in the past and when it came time to replace it I made the mistake of purchasing from a bed in a box company. Comfort Shop to buy a new latex mattresses recently and after a few nights I am pain free again. It is supportive in all the right places. The staff in the Moore Park store are excellent, providing good and accurate information while not being in your face. They also organised for the old mattress to be taken away at same time as delivery of our new mattress. The mattress was delivered onto the bed base on the top floor of our terrace house and all wrapping taken away. I just needed to make the bed after a few hours of allowing it to expand.

We absolutely love our Forza manual adjustable base from The Comfort Shop! It fits perfectly in the back of our HiAce van and has made our adventures so much more comfortable and enjoyable. We wanted to replace the mattress we bought 12 years ago with the same brand. We were guided to the correct one, given the exact price (no annoying add-ons) and given the cost and date of delivery (approx 2 weeks).
