Great service and products
NSW, Crows NestCrows Nest Comfort Shop has great customer service and worked with us in storing our purchase for months during the pandemic. Once we were ready, our purchase was delivered by very courteous and helpful staff. The only issue we would raise is the lack of detailed specifications for the queen wall bed we purchased. Other than that, we are delighted with our queen wall bed and recommend David and is team highly.

We were taken through a range of products to see what best suited our space in a friendly and relaxed environment. We absolutely love the choice we made and the quality of the product is second to none and worth the investment we made . The installer was friendly and punctual and everything ran smoothly. Comfort by name and comfort by nature
NSW, Moore ParkFirstly, I could actually test the bases and mattresses in the shop. Samantha was polite and efficient (in spite of my shabby clothes. I looked like I didn't own a bed).
Delivery was great. They put the base together and installed everything then demonstrated the tilt mechanism.
The bed is so comfortable. And the numerous reviews are very positive so I am confident of a problem free future.

Well built, very comfortable bed!
VIC, RichmondService at the Richmond store was very good. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.
We bought the Ulisse queen wall bed for our 2nd bedroom.
Bed is great...very comfotable and discreet when not in use.

NSW, Crows NestThe comfort Shop Crows Nest has been a pleasure to work with from the get go. The sofa bed (KALI 120) is beautifully made and a delight to live with, completely transforming my bed/office. The installation was very professional (although he could have confirmed the appointment prior - I had to text to confirm). I purchased and then had construction work at home which meant the instal had to be delayed - they stored the bed for months while that was happening. They delivered the mattress separately so I could use that, and I have to say it's THE most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on (Contour Visco Elastic Mattress). In general, a great product and exceptional service.

We were referred to The Comfort Shop by a neighbour in our apartment building. The Comfort Shop bed that we decided on is really sturdy and great quality - we love it. It's very easy to pull down and put back up. We opted for a desk and we are happy with the results, although I will say the paint does scratch easily. ... Read moreh ups - we didn't ask for it, it was just provided with the bed. The mattress is really comfortable to sleep on. The only downside for us was the wait to have it delivered. Whilst it was at the end of the Covid pandemic crisis, we could understand that shipping all over the world was still struggling, so completely understand the delays. The beds are made in Italy. We were sent an email when it was on the boat, the name of the boat and a link to track its movements to Australia. It was pretty amazing to be able to watch it's progress to Australia. We opted to get their expert to install the bed and we were glad we did as 14 boxes were delivered. The installer was expert at assembling The Comfort Shop beds so we were very happy with our decision. He also said he could come back and pull it all apart and assemble it in a new home if we ever moved. We have recommended it to friends.- Return Claim Made: No

NSW, Moore ParkI keep on going back to Comfort Shop for the quality of the items and the service. I purchased 2 wonderful Kiri recliner chairs recently. This is following a desk/bed (LGM 01 - Queen) I purchased years ago, which I still have and is still top notch. The best quality, on site service excellent, delivery and installation service absolutely client centred and a great range of products. I keep on referring Comfort Shop to anyone willing to have long lasting and beautiful products.

NSW, Crows NestThe staff at the Comfort Shop Crows nest were so helpful and patient as we made the big leap from a queen inner spring to a viscoflex split king on adjustable base. Totally satisfied after a week of sleeping soundly and waking without hip pain. Thank you!
