crickets. Really not the best look for first time customers. Although we heard nothing and should have moved on, we followed up a day and a bit later asking about whether we had been re-scheduled? By then they didn’t know who we were anymore and we had to clue them up. A date was set for over a week later. I’d add that there is no attempt to squeeze you in, you just go to the end of the queue again. I tried checking in with them a few days before the new date, but with no response. Anyway, on the day no one showed up again. The worst gutter clutter in this business is what passes for their admin, oh and their apparent lack of concern. Pretty sure Jay/Jason don’t read these posts.

Didn't turn up – These guys are a joke, don't waste your time and money. They were supposed to turn up at 8.00 am, never bothered turning up or calling to cancel the job. They won't even return phone calls to find out where they are. We tried to call multiple times. Very unprofessional.

Great service, great job! – I contacted quite a few businesses for a quote to clean my house, carport and shed roof. John replied very quickly (and it was a Sunday!). He gave me a quote, locked the date and job was professionally completed. Would definitely recommend The Dirt Hunter.

Didn’t turn up – Booked to clean patio tiles in backyard before moving house …sent them photos and they gave price , didn’t turn up , didn’t answer messages , think they only want the bigger jobs , fair enough but don’t price and book in smaller jobs if you ain’t going to turn up

Disgrace – Facts, hired to do roof clean, booked 22/2 8am start. I contacted them numerous times day before to confirm as busy work schedule. to pay bill on line as app had error. I have contact soooo many times for someone to call me for credit card details… zero response. Got home in storm, my gutters are over flowing… just had roof & gutter clean so not sure why. Down pipe is completely blocked…. I’m guessing with hours wasted , fixing blocked downpipe( a few days after having eye surgery… nice) these guys actually owe me money…. DO NOT HIRE….

Gutter Cleaning House – Had this company come by to clean my 3 story property. They did a wonderful job and also was able to reseal some joins that had flaked over time. Well done

Gutter Vacuuming Service – Called The Dirt Hunter last minuet as my other contractor pulled out last second. These guys actually use a commercial Vacuuming Machine as apose to the others i'v had in the past which was assuring. They didn't leave a mess and provided proof of work. Would recommend these guys to everyone! Well done
