Cheap and Nasty! – Do not purchase from this store. Their website uses false and misleading advertising and reviews. Poor product and terrible return policy. Buyers beware!

collar back on my dog it started zapping him continuously. My poor dog was terrified. Called and emailed dog line and it took them a week to get back to me, in that time my dog jumped the fence and got hit by a car. When they did call back and I explained the situation they said management would call me back. Never heard from them again until I gave a negative review on google. Then they blamed me rather than take responsibility. Really disappointed, no refund was offered nothing. Just blamed me for there inadequate product

Broke within months and they refuse to help – Have repeatedly tried contacting them after we found a fault in the unit and they refuse to make contact or help.

Our dogs used to constantly find a way out, even with a standard electric fence in place. Since switching to the Dogline radio fence and collar, the difference has been incredible. Great service and amazing product – Without this product I honestly don't know what I would have done, my dog was scaling 7 foot fences and even broke a leg because he couldn't see what was on the other side. Thanks to this amazing dog fence/collar my dog is now contained in his backyard and safe. I've had this product for over 5years and honestly can't fault it!

The Manager did say I could return it but they would charge me 25% of the purchase cost as a restocking fee (thats $160!), even though it arrived back to them in the same condition. I asked very nicely if they would reconsider and my email was ignore a few times until I called. The staff working were quite nice, the Manager not so. I even said I would pay 10% restocking fee and a google review commenting on good customer service and he still said no. I would not recommend this company, as a small business owner myself the customer experience is key and this company is disappointing.

Worst customer service – Purchased an electric boundry fence from this company. the product has broken after 5 months and has a 3 year warranty. they are refusing to warrant the product and simply told me to buy another one.
