can see (haven't tried the pen yet though) but the candle was definitely not worth the $25, it falls out of the glass container, is 2/3 full and has a sticker slapped on it and is tiny for that money definitely not what I expected for that sort of money.
Communication is woeful they will respond once but then ignore you. And the response is lies anyway as was told would leave the next day but was still 2 days after the reply the order was showing shipped.
I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a reply from this company. Only part of my order arrived and I want an update on the remainder which conveniently is the most expensive part of the order. Do not buy from this company. You will pay for items, not receive them, not be able to get a response from them. Disgusting.

Amazing Service – A few months ago I ordered some oils and sprays, sadly one of the spray nozzles didn’t work. I advised The Essential Living Warehouse and they replied they would send out a new one. Well I was blown away not only did they replace the faulty bottle but sent another crystal infused intention mist. Both mists are delightful, from my experience I would highly recommend this company
Clothing sizing and service extremely poor – Poor product and service. Had to pay for return shipping.
Let down a little – Was a little disappointed. I assumed it would of been thicker, than it is. The print is different from the photo. Looks like more blue than the orange which I had picked. Fits ok I could of gotten the next size up. I got a large. I will test it this weekend while at the hockey with my daughter.
Terrible experience – Never again. The product description changed after purchase (which impacted delivery times). The price of the item purchased was discounted by 20% after purchase but before delivery (no refunds after 24 hours or purchase). Stated both items were shipped but the second item was forgotten. pattern for the top section. I emailed asking for a refund and sent back the items, but they only gave me a credit note, even though the item sent was completely not what I bought. It was supposed to be for a special birthday present.
I also got mixed messaging about the shipping. One email said it would take 2-4 weeks to send through, so i asked to change the address. The next day they emailed back to say it had already been sent. Do not buy from here.

Impressive customer service – Excellent customer service! One item I ordered was a mistake and when I emailed asking to cancel that item it was refunded that day. To be honest I was shocked as many online companies try to drag out issues, perhaps to make more money, but these guys impressed me.

Delivery took 4 weeks and then the wrong item arrived. The item they sent isn’t even on their website. Ordered a long boho lace cape and received a cropped tie lace shawl. Pretends to be an Australian website and it all comes directly from China. So may as well buy direct from Shein. Communication very poor.

Terrible – I bought 2 of their skirts as the website said they were made of rayon. When the skirts arrived they were a scratchy polyester-spandex mix. They said they would refund all my money including the postage cost to get the skirts back to them. After contacting them multiple times I am still waiting for the postage refund. They are an untrustworthy business with poor quality merchandise.

Silence is loud – First time ordered realised what I had ordered was wrong tried to contact them 3 different ways as soon as I realised to sort it before it was sent but all I got was silence. Won't be recommending them to anyone.

returned it and was told that they would not refund only provide a credit. I advised that this was not ethical given that the product was not as described. After several emails over 2 weeks (they are virtually unresponsive unless you commence a PayPal claim) I was then told that they had not received it back and that they had family health issues etc and were only a small company etc etc etc an only checked their mail weekly. After 3 weeks I elevated it to PayPal - unfortunately I must have inadvertently thrown the tracking receipt away with others, so had no proof of postage. I do not accept that they have not received it back - the one I purchased was supposedly the last one, but wonder of wonders - there is one online for sale now and reduced to $30 (compliments of yours truly) Given that I had to pay the return postage, this cost me $63 in total which I am now advised is unrecoverable since I have no proof of postage. Non existent support. Don't buy – I bought one thing off the and was happy, but then the next thing I bought never arrived and they haven't responded to my messages or emails over 6 months!! Please don't buy anything from here.
Overall unhappy – Poor communication & purchase description not good enough. Purchased jumpsuits that I would not have bothered buying had the photos or description accurately showed they had a drop crotch. I started the return process through the portal and have still not heard back from the company a week later. Won’t be making any future purchases after this experience

Palo Santo spray – I have been buying palo Santo and whire sage spray for a while now. It is amazing to use as the smoke kind makes my family feel unwell so it's perfect for us to cleanse energy in our home and on ourselves! Great customer service and quick shipping! Highly recommend
