be sent out immediately next working day. True to their word this happened and yet again received confirmation emails and tracking. Again it arrived in 3 working days. This time everything was fine. An amazing looking rose in a great display box. The customer support was spot on and I felt very well look after by the company. I have worked in customer support for an Internet based sales company for 16 years myself. I couldn't fault the way I was handled at all. The whole process took only 8 days, for 2 separate orders shipped, which shows to me they were on the ball. Overall very impressed with the product and the support given.

the Gold Rose at work which was STILL addressed to myself:( Subsequently I spoke to Figo around midday 19th February.(case no 12752). He assured me someone from Eternity Roses would call me. On 24th February I spoke to Julie (case 12799) who assured me the same they would call me. Considering you have a great product you should’ve had service to match. I have mentioned to you on the first day I placed the order on the phone and the recipients name was NOT changed it was addressed to my self not my wife. No one had the decency to address the issue and apologise to me after all those numerous phone calls. I gave it 2 stars as it is a great product with service that DOESN'T exist

Below is the response you gave me on Google Still didn’t call me to at least apologise in some form . As for the emails not email I received they appeared to be generic ones I received every time I contacted your team and not addressing the issue. IT WAS clearly your fault upon which I paid a premium price for a quality product with a dissatisfaction attached to it!!! No empathy whatsoever!!! Now from 2 stars in Google I gave it 1 star expressing my utter disappointment with your response in which you stated you replied in the email?? !!!!!

We are very pleased to hear you think the rose is great, and hopefully I can help clarify what happened.

You placed your order at 10:12am on Friday 11th February. The order was processed at 11am (including the shipping label) and dispatched from the warehouse at 2pm that day.

Your phone call to request the change of name for the recipient came in at 2:28pm after the package had already left the warehouse. I am sorry you were not advised that there was no possible way to change any details at that point. We always aim to reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, and on this occasion, we responded to you by email within 12 hours to explain.

this I was informed it was not possible when placing the order which concerned me a great deal. The thought of such a special gift not arriving in the the way I wanted or worse any chance of it being misplaced was a huge concern for me. However soon after my enquiry I was provided up to date and accurate information by the customer service team at Eternity Roses. They provided information on how to track the delivery and even make direct contact with the freight company to ascertain the time of delivery to ensure it was going to happen within the times I needed it to. The end result you may ask? Yes my Lady loved the gift and it arrived at the prefect time to make her feel as special and the envy of her work friends! Superb – Wow!! What a great product. Simply stunning the online photos / videos just can't quite capture the real thing. Then there's the customer service second to none can't recall the last time I've received service like this, Danielle has been outstanding through the whole process all along with the fastest delivery possible.

Great Product - Zero Customer Service – I ordered a full gold rose for my partner and it arrived quickly which was great. However when she opened it the rose was white with emerald. As this was not what I ordered I have emailed several times to info@eternityrose.com..au and I have not had any contact from the company for about 3 weeks now. Zero customer service - I guess once they have your money and send something they wipe there hands with you.

Quality is not what it used to be – While the rose looks amazing in photos and even more so in person. The physical quality of it has diminished a lot. It feels a lot lighter now, a light plastic ornament. the rose looks like a luxury good, it feels really cheap and not representative of the price...heck the box seems to be where the money goes, it feels far better than the rose itself.

Really BAD experience and I still don't know if this place is even real as I have still not received any communication at all!!!

Update 16-11-21, Finally I had a return email to answer my concerns for non delivery and was told they would check with their warehouse, a few days later had another email from a different person saying they have contacted the carrier and it is now a lost item! (funny as I called the carrier twice and they say it was never booked for pickup?), anyway Eternity rose finally asked if I would like them to send me another rose, "absolutely" I said as it is now a few weeks overdue.

My parcel arrived a day after and the product look great, many thanks for fixing this up.

My main issue wasn't the fact my parcel didn't arrive as expected, it was the total lack of followup which then led to frustration, just some basic communication would have saved a lot of stress and this poor review, please put in place some kind of mechanism for lost parcels to stop this happening to other purchasers.

Great silver rose lived up to expectations and can tell its high quality on appearance and handling. The certificate of authenticity completes the wife experience. It arrived next day from Sydney to Melbourne

I live in the US. I didn't know Eternity Rose located in Australia. When I found out after placing the order on Monday and needed it delivered on Wednesday 5/21/25 for my wedding anniversary, i thought it was impossible to have it by the date. I emailed Chrissy. And miraculously, the item arrived at 10am today 5/21/2025. Thank you Chrissy. Thank you Eternity Rose for the impossible. The product is beautifully crafted. Love it.

Best customer service I have received in a long time. Whilst the rose I purchased came slightly damaged from a packing error. PERFECT FOR THE OCASSION – Very happy with the SILVER ROSE for our 25th wedding anniversary. I assumed it was being sent from Wellington and not from Sydney, so I was very concerned it would not arrive in time. BINGO I got it at my door the day before we left to go away for a couple of days. 40th year anniversary – I was looking for something that would meld ruby red and my love for my wife. I found it in this rose! everything about it says so much with one flower. the ruby color of the rose, the gold that says we are in the best times of our lives and even the presentation box it comes in says I love you and I want to share many more years with my best friend and wife. they went above and beyond – Chrissy and Danielle went above and beyond for me to source an item from the US to Australia. It was out of stock in Aus and advised me US warehouse has some. i had already purchased a substitute item due to the cost difference how ever they allowed me to return what i purchased for a full refund AND then dropped the US price down to allow it to be similar to Australia i am beyond happy with the service i recieved.

A perfect gift for my wife on our 50th wedding anniversary – The rose is beautiful, but the case it came in was damaged somewhat on the inside. When I reported the damage, I was sent a new, undamaged case that was even nicer than the original one since it had a glass window in its top. My wife loves the rose and is able to display it in the new case since it has that glass window.
