So wrong they just keep taking your subscription yearly fee without any notification and they can see you aren’t using your account. $400 wasted on nothing. Very unhappy customer.

Great company – I have been using it for a few years . Great recipes and exercise program programs too . The shakes are good and very handy . The customer service is outstanding , cannot fault them .

IBS troubles – First of all, I love the concept ❤️ but when you dive into the ingredients theres alot that wreak havic on our bodies. At first I thought because it wasnt overly delicious and said it wad gluten free that it would be safe. It contains other ingredients that arent safe. As a general rule. I had put on weight from these and got IBS bad. I wouldnt recommend for Coeliacs, soy intolerant (or anyone looking to better their health).

Healthier alternative for kids! – Healthy Kids Chocolate Shake is something my children all love and rave about how delicious is it! They would prefer to have this over other available options that have a lot of sugar added to them. So as a Mother who only wants the best for her children this is an amazing product that is nothing but great for my kids.

Banana Sundae is a HIT! – Banana Sundae smoothie powder is the newest addition to my pantry. It’s a crowd favourite for young and old alike! We’ve even discovered mixing it with ice, a scoop of low fat ice cream and some milk and you have a delicious protein frappe!

Kids Chocolate Smoothie – My kids love the chocolate smoothie. The morning breakfast battle can be made so much easier with an offer of a "milkshake" and it gives them a chance to be just like Mummy as we enjoy our smoothies together

Terrible App! – The Healthy Mummy App is woeful. When searching through the app like through the recipes, the app resets itself every time if you go out of it and then come back to it. Very frustrating

Stop taking my money! – I don't use this but they keep charging me! I signed up for a trial and almost immediately caught covid which resulted in some very serious long term health issues for me requiring a special diet. something I could not use. They refused to refund me and not only that, did not cancel my subscription! I have now lost $267 to this company for a service I do not use! The website doesn't allow you to remove your saved payment details! They are taking advantage of vulnerable people.

no empathy or concern just told the product now contained vanilla bean pod (so they've started using fillers) and it was fine for me to continude and basically carry on. When I explained in more detail what a reaction meant and exactly how sick I was I was told, "No worries, as we only want the best experience for our community, so you can return the products to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Don't you teach your staff to ask questions and to care about the heath of your customers. The price you charge for your powder is outrageous. I found another Australian company for an extra $5 you get way more and it's far less calories per serve. You have sales I'll give you that but I'm sue a lot of us would prefer oconsistantly lower pricing. You collagen proce for only what 3mg for 20 days is $70!!!z

Healthy mummy app is the best! – Loving the healthy mummy app! It’s a fitness coach and tracker all in your back pocket! I can take it everywhere and it saves so much more money than a dietician, gym membership and a personal trainer!! Love the meals, the workouts and I’ve lost 5.2kg using the app!! 10/10 recommend it!

Ethical business – Ethical business. I recently had forgotten about my ongoing subscription and when I got charged I asked if I could get it refunded even though I know it was my fault for not cancelling . There’s not many businesses that exist that are willing to refund. But I’m so grateful that they did. Thank you I really appreciate it !

HM smoothie satchels – HM Smoothie Satchels - I love the cream flavor and convenience of Healthy Mummy smoothie satchels. So easy to grab and go! They fit perfectly in my lunch bag and taste amazing with ice or just cold water! So convenient and an easy way to get those extra nutrients in.

Healthy Mummy Tummy Grab & Go Smoothie Bundles!! – Healthy Mummy Tummy Grab & Go Smoothie bundles are so convenient! When I travel with work, these are so simple and easy to pack. Light and all you need is water. Tummy smoothies are my favourite as they are so kind and gentle in me and my gastrointestinal issues. Cannot recommend more highly!!

HM Grab and Go smoothies – Such a great, tasty option for when you're on the run. I keep a box in the staffroom at work for when I need a quick snack or easy lunch. Tastes delicious and you know its good for you!

Super quick and easy – I recently purchased a pack of The Healthy Mummy Tummy sachets and they’re fab! I am a full time travelling Mum, and knowing that I’ve always got something to eat on hand is so helpful. The larger tub I use is great but it’s bulky and not fab for space saving. Woolworths. Woolworths policy is they do returns on any products. Awful product, even worse customer service. My mistake for buying two - thinking Woolworths would only range good tasting products.

Recipes for Days! – I started out using the free user-submitted recipes on the website, and moved to being a paid member, specifically for the recipes. I am a big foodie and love the option of filters for dietary requirements. The variety is incredible with flavours, cuisines, even options to purchase ready-made meals now. There is something for everyone.
