past several weeks so I can sit my exam and its just crickets. They do not respond there is zero feedback. There is no way to contact a support person through the learning portal. They do not respond to the support emails. I would strongly recommend saving your money and studying local.

asked them to enroll me in the PMP exam. At that point, communication completely broke down. My calls and emails went unanswered, and I received no support whatsoever.

Out of frustration, I contacted them again pretending to be a new customer interested in a course. Surprisingly, they responded immediately. This confirmed that they were deliberately ignoring my previous requests, which was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.

I have since filed a complaint with my bank and am currently awaiting their response.

and I attempted to book classes, there were no weekend classes available at all. Even the weekday classes were extremely limited — only three classes available over the next five months, with some scheduled months away. This is particularly concerning because the course must be completed within one year, which severely limits the time available to actually finish the certification. When I requested a refund due to this mismatch between what was promised and what was delivered, my request was refused, with the explanation that I was on a “flexi offer” and therefore not eligible for a refund. This condition was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. [Name Removed] had also assured me that I could reach out to him anytime if there were issues and gave guarantees about the course. Unfortunately, when I contacted him regarding these problems, my messages were left on read with no response. After The Knowledge Academy denied the cancellation, I was forced to raise a dispute with my bank. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to get all promises in writing before purchasing and carefully review the refund and scheduling policies.

became so excessive that my own company’s People & Inclusion team (who handle our internal learning programs) were contacted on my behalf after I complained directly to The Knowledge Academy. This was completely inappropriate and only added to the stress, especially when my complaint was specifically about unwanted communication.

Instead of resolving the issue, they escalated it internally and continued contacting me through another channel.

Overall, the experience was unprofessional and unnecessarily intrusive. I would strongly caution anyone considering dealing with them — the level of pressure and repeated contact was far beyond acceptable, and the handling of my complaint was even worse.

EDIT: After requesting a chargeback from my bank, leaving this review, and multiple difficult phone calls, I was eventually granted a refund which I've just received. Upgrading from 1* -> 2*. Knowledge Academy. On logging in to access the course, I got an error. I called their customer service team, who were lovely, informed me that the course was not in fact running on the date I was booked for, but were unable to do anything to help. I requested a refund but was referred back to the sales team, who refused to refund and tried to strongarm me into accepting an alternative course.

This is a useful course for anyone new to Power BI or for those with a basic knowledge looking to take their abilities further. The materials in terms of on demand videos, quizzes and mock exams are of a high quality and helped to cement the learning. I would recommend this course. date they are giving is in November 2025, which is unrealistic. Now that they have cancelled the training event, and unable to provide an alternate one in near future, I requested a refund. They took 10 days to dodge and provide weird alternatives to take another trainings. And now finally they had the audacity to charge me 20% refund fee even when they cancelled the event and caused inconvenience.

experience was middle of the road. Tell us anything else – The volume of content was overwhelming. Which was good cause it was simple. 1000 slides and the online modules for volume of content. This was good.

Arun was a very knowledgeable and adaptable trainer. There were glitches with the internet at times but I was able to complete the course. Arun was very receptive to understanding my work and what I wanted the CRM to be able to accomplish from my work perspective.

I did a presentation course - Suzanne Caligari was excellent at delivering the content, and had great real life examples she would connect with which I found helpful. I think what may have made this course better if it was split over two sessions as 8 hours staring at a laptop screen caused pretty bad eye strain.

It would have been good to know for example that the course would only run for 4 days with 1 day for personal review, along with the at least the approximate timings for each day. 2. On reflection delivery of the course online as it is currently structured is challenging. 8 hours online, across different timezones with jus 40 minutes for lunch and three 10 minute breaks means that my attention level by the last session was seriously compromised. 3. The content in itself was good and the resources once fully realeased were excellent, it would have been good to have had access to these earlier, particularly as they had already been paid for. 4. The deliverer of our programme was excellent, clear, precise and knowledgeable from her own experience both as Project Manager herself but also as a trainer. 5. It would have enhanced the course if there had been more opportunites for interaction with the other participants as these were very limited. 6. Finally in my particular circustances it was necessary to change the date of my course. While I appreciate this has some adminstractive implications for yourselves I found it difficult to understand how you could justify the charge imposed.

the theory much easier to understand and, more importantly, to apply in real-world scenarios. The course struck a great balance between structure and flexibility – exactly what you'd hope for from a framework that blends PRINCE2 with Agile.

That said, it was a shame the official handbook wasn’t included in the course materials – it would have been helpful for reinforcing learning and bridging some of the gaps, particularly around scenario application. I had also expected some practical templates (like reports and matrices) to be provided, which would have added even more value.

Overall, a solid and worthwhile course. Highly recommended for anyone looking to apply agile practices within a structured project environment.
