Bought a lounge from this place, actually glad they have gone out of business, so they can’t rip of – Went in store to purchase a leather lounge, spent $3000. Ordered it and was told 8 weeks before we would get it delivered. 8 weeks came and went and after lots of calls from me (never from them) they blame it on manufacturers then on shipping. later and our ‘full’ leather lounge is now peeling. No point in trying to contact them as I’ve read they have gone out of business. Sad for us as we now have a $3000 lounge that is peeling. We should of stuck to the $600 one we had from Fantastic Furniture it probably would of lasted longer!!!
I took one look at the lounge suite and knew that is what I was looking for – We went to the store in Waterloo not the warehouse. We made the purchase in store. the purchasing process was simple. Deceiving Thieves – Deceiving thieves, you advertise leather lounges when they are not all leather. Company Liquidated – Have been in an ongoing battle about a broken and damaged lounge for over 10 months, Took them to NCAT but now they have gone bust and left a lot of people with broken or damaged goods or nothing at all. This guy should never be allowed to set up a business again.
Liars – We have just had a similar experience. Also a good point when buying a "leather" lounge is to ask if the back & the side are also leather, as they are often a vinyl look alike with only the seat, backrest & armrests in real leather.. I paid a little extra and got full leather
Warranty – Buy a lounge last 6 months but already demage by itself. They lied to us. They sent us the email say they will contact in 2 weeks.mean that time they ready for their closing down business. Now we lost our warranty with bad lier...

modifications, didn't care what the customer wanted only what they wanted "no refund" his words, you picked the lounge, suck it up no matter what!! no problem we cannot fix.
"You be the judge."
1. First lounge we were not happy with (quality, modifications we paid for, 3. invoice).
Picked another one, "had no choice" no refund! but you could have a $4000 credit for 12 months in other words, we have your money.
Second lounge, because of modifications to the lounge as per invoice not completed and again quality issues, again no refund, has offered money back for not doing modifications but because we were going though Fair Trading for a full refund, no compensation.
2. Delivered a wrong lounge suite the second time, replace "two chairs" orders from Fair Trading which L S W were "new"!!
3. Had "two interdependent reports" which agreed that they were suspect, been used before arrived with signs of use (stains from wear and use), their interdependent report funnily didn't appear at the hearing. Going by the bad reviews L S W has had the plenty of Fair Trading experience on what to do and say, being our first time it showed.
4. Now we are left with a mixed lounge suite, recliner look like they had years of use nothing like the three setter, did have photo evidence and reports, but little weight, Fair Trading quoted.
5. A list of faults as long as your arm they "tired" to fix, fixed one and made an another one, with both lounge suites for the many $4000 worth about half.
L S W offered another lounge suite as if after the first two wasn't enough to make our mines up, that makes sense three lounge suites worth $12000 expense, but don't give the customer $4000 refund, so we can part as friends.
More than enough for a customer for over 15 months should have to put up with, we didn't just change our mined because we picked the one as L S W would have you believe, we did not get what we payed for, which we thought was a good case for a full refund under the consumer law, not getting what you pay for, we thought.

Great Service and Product – Parents bought a lounge 13 years ago from LSW at a great price. With the lounge still being in great condition this prompted me to buy my own lounge a few weeks ago. They were very helpful in choosing the right lounge at a great price. You can always expect a great price on the lounge's at LSW and the customer service is spot on.

perfect lounge , what I love about these guys is you can totally modify the lounge to how you wAnt it so you can't go wrong!! Received my brand new lounge couple of weeks later which delivery drivers were also fantastic and on time I will be back Shortley for a new dine set! Totally recommend which I have to all my family and friends

the whole lounge suite and was gracious enough to provide a lounge for us to use until our one came back, when I phoned to find out what was happening he was either not in or with a customer, when he did phone back he said if we go in and look at other lounges he would give us a good price, it would be cost price so we did we picked 3 lounges and they all had ticket prices on them and when I phoned, [name removed] said the cost price was between 2500 and 2700 I said no just bring my lounge back I had already paid 3500 for a lounge that was made with cheap leather, [name removed] said he would phone me Wednesday as he was going to try and get the lounge fixed under manufacturers warranty and again I heard nothing so I phoned [name removed] but he was not in, I'm annoyed as I have been given the run around, the lady in the office [name removed] said if it was concerning your lounge it is booked in to come back Saturday. Well it was brought back with pieces out of the side, the stitching on the chair has chunks of leather missing and the headrest of the chair is crackling and the leather is coming off, one chair seemed to have a coating on it that appeared to be wearing off (looks like they tried to clean it with something) also the creases were wearing from where it was rubbed, it also happened on the chair where you sit, the delivery guy said I must sign the document for the delivery and I refused as my lounge came back with more damage, he took photos and said he would report to his boss but when I phoned no one was available a different female in office answered and said the leather was probably cracking/cracked when they picked it up and I said no it was not as my husband had taken photos before it was picked up, all they want you to do is buy a new lounge but I would not buy another lounge from them or even recommend them to anyone, if they had given us a decent price when we went in we probably would have bought another lounge but after being stuffed around for 2 weeks no way, I'm very disgusted with this company and their service towards their customers, the first lounge we bought from them lasted ten and a half years but that was decent leather not cheap crap I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Took my money and NO LOUNGE – Paid for lounge then told can't get that one anymore Just take the floor stock It was marked and damaged won't refund money or even give discount for damage Very rude person While there a person was there demanding overdue accounts. feel it looks like it about 3 years old, best company I have dealt with and it was delivered with in the 12 weeks as promised, the other lounge we bought from a similar lounge outlet in the area sunk in the first 5 years, very happy with the service when we returned for coffee tables and book case.

After sales service excellent – We purchased a lounge suit and on delivery there were a few issues with it. Rang the office and spoke to Lois who organised with the production manager Leo to have the issued rectified. After several attempts including replacement chairs the problems were solved. Would not have a problem recommending The Lounge Suite Warehouse to others based on the support we received from them.

Series of errors! – We ordered our lounge suite for $2500 and were greatly disappointed 8 weeks later when they delivered the wrong lounge. Turned out they had 2 lounge suites on display with the same model number. We thought maybe it was an honest mistake and gave them the benefit of the doubt. were allowed to use the wrong one they initially delivered until the correct lounge suite arrived. Instead we waited another 13 weeks!
When it was finally delivered, the front leg was broken and had punctured a hole in the underside of the lounge! The legs hadn't been put in as requested AND they were the wrong legs! I had to chase them to get this sorted and they passed me on to their delivery people to "fix" the problem. In the end we just settled for another set of acceptable legs that the delivery guys had on hand so we wouldn't have to wait another 8 weeks for a set of the correct legs (this would've meant we'd receive them 29 weeks after we first ordered the lounge suite).
This was at least one month ago and no one has contacted us to fix the hole. They know we wanted this fixed and have made no attempt to rectify their error. I told the manager that I was unhappy that after a series of ongoing errors and good patience on our behalf, no attempt was made to compensate/reimburse us for at least some of their mistakes. Any other furniture store would at least have offered free delivery or leather cleaner or something. He completely brushed this suggestion off. I'm disgusted that this is how they treat their customers after a series of errors and am contemplating taking this further now. Avoid them if you can and if you've already put your order in, cross your fingers they get it right!

You can win against this shonk – I purchased a "LEATHER" lounge suite from LSW in 2013 and put in for a warranty clain within 2 months of delivery.After 4 months of no service I submitted a claim to Fair Trading to whome LSW & [name removed] is well known. Do your home work I.E times, coppies of all emails & correspondence etc.Do not rely on verbal statements from staff. It took 4 hearings at the Fair Trading Tribunal but I won a full refund plus all expences.

Should not be in business – Purchased a lounge late last year and still trying to deal with them. The lounge has only had normal domestic use for a few months and the reclining mechanisms are starting to go faulty. Great Lounge Suite at a great price – After going to several furniture stores trying to buy a 3 seater lounge with recliners and two single recliners we were recommended to go to Furniture Bazaar. We understand mistakes happen and i notified our bank what had happened and they said that LSW Lounges could reverse the money, but instead LSW Lounges kept our money , drained our account and then had the hide to ask for $88 delivery which was suppose to be free. I spoke to the Manager Leo and he never said sorry once or apologized and said that he had given a cheque for the amount that they took out of our account which meant we had to wait for 1 week for the cheque to clear . The manager was still insisting we pay $88 delivery and i said how can we you took all our money and then gave us a cheque.
The Manager showed no sympathy for what had happened
We were intending on buying more furniture from them , but after this we shall shop else where and i suggest everyone who reads this review do the same.

Worst company i have ever dealt with – Purchased a lounge of these people, please take my advice and stay away from these people, they are dodgy. i am glad there are sites around we can warn people of these people. they have very good sales people selling there badly made lounges, this must be the only reason they are still around. it will catch up to them quality very poor and warranty repairs good luck with that one
