Fakes! Alternatively, bad factory seconds – I have bought the same work/sport shoes for 10 years. Black Reebok Princess I get roughly 3 years out of them, no more no less. I decided to purchase a pair of Black Reebok Princess from "The Next Pair" To my surprise, 2 weeks in the soles are coming apart! It is now 7 months in and I have had to re glue the soles twice and they are falling apart, my best guess is they are fakes! Alternatively, bad factory seconds.

Unsecured checkout – Your checkout is not secure. Someone has frauds my credit card to the amount of 4,500 buying in Gucci Sydney. The only new place I have shopped new is on your website recently. Secure your check.

One good experience then a bad one involving a return – I am a wide fit and typically order off Amazon. The Next Pair (TNP) appeared in a google search one day and I found they had a pretty good selection of 2E shoes at reasonable prices. quickly, in about 48 hours. They were much too narrow, especially compared to several pairs of normal "new" New Balance shoes I have. I emailed TNP and [name removed] there explained that those retro ones are narrower and to return them. I paid $21 for registered post (at his suggestion) plus I had used Afterpay and it turns out that they charged 10% or $7.50 for their trouble. I requested that these changes be refunded and [name removed] refused. I have referred TNP to Fair Trading in QLD for two reasons: 1. $28 to return $75 shoes is not reasonable. 2. They knew these shoes were narrower and should have made this information clear before purchase, as other retailers like Amazon do.

I tried TNP because I wanted to give a local seller a chance and they are very quick but their service was poor when something went wrong. Amazon is a huge company and I've used them a lot. I've had two issues over the years and both times they impressed me with how they fixed them. I said this to [name removed] at TNP as well: your only chance to survive is to give similarly good service. I like TNP's basic site and process but businesses succeed or fail on how they deal with problems.

Cannot do better for sincere customer service – Their customer service is so good that I can't even believe it! I ordered the best shoes in the world (The legendary Asics Kayano 25's) at the 2nd best price on Thursday, the 2nd of January & by Saturday the 4th, they were delivered. to such a degree. It is the type of online ordering system that makes PayPal's job so easy. Just follow the steps & you get what you paid for, quickly. All you have to do is have a couple of sleeps before receiving the product. I am sceptical when it comes to online ordering, but with the PayPal option offered, the confidence was there. ordering process (unlike the experience with ASICS own web store) went flawlessly. The shoes arrived by free shipping within three days.

Style, size and colour specs were obviously matched by availability of stock (again unlike with the ASICS direct site), as the received item was exactly as ordered. The product, despite a different country of manufacture, was consistent with the now very ancient pair I wished to replace.

The Next Pair's communications were perfect, advising me of each stage of the process (order confirmation, packing and despatch, tracking number, delivery advice) and I was very pleased all round.

I would definitely shop online with this supplier again.

Solid! Great shoes – These guys are good, saved a bundle shopping here, and having to make a direct comparison versus shopping at the Foot Locker in the CBD. It's a no brainer, who wants to deal with some of these arrogant and rude people in the store, didn't know it was going to be so tough to try on some shoes. Reliable and soooo quick! – Really surprised how quick these shoes came. Ordered at 3pm and received them 8am the next day. Credit to The Next Pair team, they seem pretty efficient. Gave them a shot and wasn't disappointed at all. Some feedback though...lacking some sizes for a couple of the models i liked, but seems like that was the case with all the other stores i browsed. Other than that it was A+ and would recommend.

Great shoes bad service – Purchased a pair of shoes that was delivered to the wrong address, Nextpair expected me to run up and down to the street to try and find the shoes. Really? To many other retailers out there to waste time dealing with these people again.

Excellent service and prices. Will buy again – I was very pleased with a recent purchase of Adidas Superstars from The Next Pair. Everything was quick and easy. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, emailed them and got a call back right away. Easy exchange, no fuss and they even delivered the shoes same day. Glad I found out about this site. Will shop again.

Faulty Shoes - obviously remaindered – Purchased a pair of Naturalizer brand sandals on sale. I wore the shoes ONCE and they have begun to perish - all leather peeling from the shoes all over the place. They were obviously faulty and whether or not this was known to The Next Pair, I won't be trusting them again. The peeling and fraying of the sandal edges and lining is so bad, I can't wear them again. I had them on for 5 hours and walked less than 300 metres.

Recommend! – I knew nothing of this business, but found it accidentally online. I was looking specifically for Nike Free TR. These were definitely the cheapest I saw. Easy to order. I was surprised they arrived so quickly, only 4 days which was quick as I live in a regional area. D to top it off, postage was free. I will definitely use this company again!
