Messenger messages not being responded to. The occasional response I have received is merely to make empty promises of my order being dispatched that day, with no actual shipping ever taking place. Attempts to cancel my order have been ignored, so I am now having to seek recourse through my bank/VISA.

Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews, as I was. This is no way to run a legitimate business, and is looking more and more like a scam operation.

What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into a stressful ordeal. Please don’t let the same happen to you – take your business elsewhere!

Although it took a few months to receive my Ziola Pizza Oven and it took a while for me to receive any emails regarding the progress of what was happening, as I was not on the email list for some reason. When the error was fixed I can’t complain about the feedback of what, how or when was happening was outstanding and when delivery was underway the constant emails and text messages was fantastic and delivered very quickly.

An easy transaction. I had more confidence purchasing through these guys than the other online retailers. Competitive price & good shipping cost. Did not disappoint. Can't wait to fire it up! Cheers!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I called before ordering to confirm stock was available and was assured it was. After placing the order, I received no updates and no replies to my calls or emails. Only after chasing through live chat was I told stock was uncertain, and I ended up cancelling. The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable and has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

Good product and experience! – product well packed and arrived safely. Could have been improved with more communication concerning shipped, in transit and out for delivery information.

Impressed first shopping experience – Great product and value from the pizza oven store. Will definitely buy from them again. Postage wasn’t as quick as other mainstream vendors but still efficient

Well made product – The tray box is sturdy and well made. Service was decent. My only real complaint is the delivery charges here seem much higher than other stores.

Customer service from start to end impeccable! – They took care of us from the online purchase to confirmation and an upgrade with a call... email correspondence awesome as we awaited delivery. Few issues with a scratch- this was dealt with in a prompt and more than fair manner with kindness and courtesy. I would go back to these guys again for whatever I need as I trust them and am very confident in the way they conduct business and approach customer service.

Very nice product – We have purchased through the pizza oven store several times and the service is always excellent and these serving boards seem to be of very good quality at a very reasonable price .

Very Happy – Very happy with the product and the communication from the pizza oven store as there was a slight issue with shipping (not their fault) but was keep in the loop the whole way via email. Really good communication.

It's only been a few weeks – Only a few weeks in but I can already see the potential that this incredible pizza oven has. Just in time and effort and quality of the food straight out of the oven is quite amazing. It's already helped to feed a group of about 20 people who were all very impressed with both the pizza and the time it took to cook.

Competitive pricing and fast delivery – We chose to purchase our Ooni Karu 16 from the Pizza Oven Store as they had the perfect bundle with all the essentials for a competitive price. Communication was great and delivery was much faster than expected. We are really enjoying the pizza oven and we’ll definitely purchase from this store again.

Perfect pizza oven – We love our new Everdure pizza kiln from the Pizza Oven Store. The oven is everything we hoped it would be. Chris is great to deal with. Kept us informed every step of the way from order placement to delivery. Will certainly shop with them again for their wonderful service.

Loving this little beauty – It is easy to light, heats up quickly, uses surprisingly small amount of wood. As per the videos the built in thermometer is just a guide... the infra red gives a hotter reading which is more accurate. as the thickness and moisture level of the dough and how to get crackling that is not too burnt but this is what we expected... our learning and time to get to know the oven and different woods. Red gum with pine kindling is our preference.

Highly recommend – Ordered our pizza oven online with ease. The hardest part was choosing which oven to go with! All parts were delivered on time with care. One item in our starter pack wasn’t working correctly and this problem has been resolved quickly, easily and professionally. We would definitely recommend The Pizza Oven Store to our family and friends.

Service was the best. Oven top notch – Can't fault the service. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Oven quality is as good as it gets. Works perfectly on all settings. If only every thing was this simple – Ordered the pizza oven from Adelaide on a Saturday afternoon & it was delivered on a Tuesday , everything was in the delivery . Amazing considering the world we live in now
