staff kept us up to date and as soon as it was dry enough to build they started straight away and things moved along fine from there. We had our own ideas on the floor plan of the home we chose and the Staff worked with us and helped us change the Marri View display home to meet our requirements. We got the keys a few weeks ago and are in the process of moving in and so far are happy with our new home, we have a couple of small items on our list so far that should be addressed at the 6 month mark and I am confident they will be. We would highly recommend WA Country Builders to anyone who asks and is thinking of using them.

Communication the Key – We had visited builders display homes and display villages all over the metropolitan area and in Bunbury and as far south as Busselton. construction and handover the team at RBC responded to any queries very promptly. If not the same day then certainly at first opportunity the next day.

We have been in our new home for 4 months now. The build quality was outstanding, any issues were resolved promptly and confidence remained very high right up to handover.

Fabulous home / fantastic company – Everyone we have dealt with thru out the process have been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble, from our sales consultant who suggested where to position the house on our block to what was really going to work for us and actually took the time to go to our block and take some progress photos for us. And lastly our Supervisor who has been the most brilliant person to deal with, he has gone out of his way and met us on weekends to go over any issues as we live in Perth and both work during the week.

He has gone that extra mile to help us on every occasion, he has a very pleasant persona and not once have we had an issue with the way he conducts himself he is definitely an asset to your company, as are all of the people we have come in contact with over the last 12 months.

Our forever home – We were thrilled with how easy the building process was. We had a fantastic supervisor who was onto everything and we didn't need to worry about a thing. Our calls were always returned and questions answered. The build was of quality standard and was built alot faster than we antisapated.
