Really happy with my order! I bought a phone case, the Venus Apple Watch band and a sticky mount, and I LOVE all three. The quality is great, everything looks just like the photos, and the watch band is especially gorgeous. The sticky mount is super handy too. Salty Fox have great phone cases. Love them. Their watchbands and watchband jewellery, not so great. In particular, metalwork is nickel based. Really disappointing. A lot of people are allergic to nickel based jewellery once the coating has worn off. But very few items are manufactured nowadays with a nickel base. Even their most expensive metal… Read more

Also, their loyalty program!! The key people is the word "loyalty". Whatever program you have is meant to engender loyalty in your customers. So, after buying 4 watchbands, 2 lots of bling for the watchband and a phone case, I finally had enough points to earn $10 off my purchase - not that great a reward actually, is it! However, there is minimum spend of $50 before you can use your "reward". What a pack of rubbish. If you've bought the goods and earned the reward, it shouldn't matter how much you spend .... it's your "loyalty" reward people!!!! So, I've unsubscribed from their copious emails. And I'm done. I so wanted to support a local company, but they make it too hard. The quality just isn't that great, and the "loyalty" program does anything but make me loyal. Very disappointing guys.

One purchase, eight emails in one month, even though I've unsubscribed. I regret buying from them. The emails nag you to give feedback like a needy friend desperate for validation. You wanted my feedback, now you've got it. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you want to be spammed to death. Show details

The Silicon band last two months. The metal clips which connect to the watch to hold it in place feel out. This could have damaged my Ultra Watch. Warranty replacement sent but wrong size sent !! Scam website – Scam website. They’re reselling cheap crap from Amazon at twice the price. When you try to return it, they don’t give a full refund and make you pay for postage both ways. Disputing it with my bank. Show details

Won't stay secure – I got a rose gold band as a gift from this company, but one end of the ban will not connect to my Apple Watch and simply slides right out. All Apple branded bands I own stay securely in place, but this one slips right out and so I can't wear or use the product Show details

Great customer service :) – Very good website and variety of watch straps and covers :) The customer service was very good - I sent them a follow up message (as I got the email address incorrect when purchasing) and they answered me straight away. Delivery was pretty quick consider it's between Christmas and New Year. Legit brand, great customer service, best AW accessory products – Honestly probably the best apple watch accessories / brand out there. Most of the other brands seem cheap and tacky. Salty fox seem to have the best looking gear and probably the widest range. The customer service was amazing too. VERY fast replies and super helpful with my order and ultra-mega-super fast dispatch. Broken watch band – I have purchased a number of watch bands and love them all. On one of my favourites, one of the contacts came out of the band so I could not use it. Order was cancelled and refunded – My order was cancelled and refunded as, according to the salty fox, was marked as high risk and shows potential to be a fraudulent order when I have never purchased from their website previously, but, was told that “customer purchase history has nothing to do with high risk/fraudulent orders”. Bad quality, duped – These watch bands are the same, if not worse than the same ones off amazon/ebay... and they're cheaper on Amazon too. They've tried to make it seem like they aren't by putting it in a fancy box upon arrival, but I can tell the difference between my expensive Milanese band and this one, it feels like it will break. and the straps don't stay in the watch properly.
