I purchased two sets (4) of under bed drawers. I brought them home I assembled one draw and found that it didn't fit under my bed. I returned all 4 drawers. One of the boxes I had opened to assemble, but I neatly place back in its box. that I purchased it for and they didn't fit under my bed. The store wouldn't refund the full amount that I paid for them, they wanted to charge me a 20%. fee. I augured with them about the unfair fee. As it wasn't my fault that their drawers did do the job that I bought them for. I requested a call from the state manager. The refused to call me, apparently, he doesn't deal with the public... Eventually, the store agreed to reduce the fee to 10%, but I am still not happy. I would never shop at the Sleeping Giant ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to any of my family, friends or anyone else reading this.

Terrible Customer Service – On the day we purchased the bed we were provided with a confirmed delivery date. After several complaints to both the store and the warehouse on the new delivery date (we needed the product before the new date) I was finally offered a third party delivery and that they would confirm date. Again I had to follow up that date - no contact. At that point I was advised one of the items had not made it to the pick up location and agreed to accept a floor stock item.

The delivery arrived yesterday and guess what…. That floor stock item was missing. The truck driver did not have it and when I followed up the second store the goods were coming from this morning I was informed it was no longer at the store and it went onto the truck…..and that they can’t follow this up until Monday.

I feel like I had to do all the chasing continually express my disappointment. Would not recommend this company in Qld at all
