time I'd like to change the shipping to regular. No response . It took an additional email threatening to do a charge back because it had been well over the time they said it would take to ship, for them to reply and say they refunded the shipping cost. Few days later the hat arrived and it's way too big. I followed their measurement instructions and even measured my head after the hat arrived and didn't fit. I get the same size each time. Have emailed about replacing the hat because the sizing is off. Have had no response. Will send another email tomorrow, since you only have 14 days to return an item, that days I'll go to the Ombudsman. Let's see of that lights a fire under them!

Ordered 2 items in 1 order. One item sent from from Morayfield one item sent from Wodonga. Both were not marked as to be left, as requested. Both have gone to different locations for pick up. Now I am probably just going to let it lapse so it returns and demand a refund for messing me around.

Order a week before Easter around 27th of march. Items were never shipped. Paid extra for express due to being rural and with bad weather coming we needed some good quality gumboots for kids. It's now mid April and we still have not received our package and they did respond when I reached out about 5-6 days ago.

State, which meant it took a week longer to arrive. I do not believe this is Stable Doors’ problem, but if you are looking to get an order around Christmas expect delays.

I bought my son 2 Dress shirts, great service from the Bundy store, however I didn’t ask how long the return policy was, I was just told if they don’t fit bring them back in to swap. 14 days. Mind you this was within 30 days. Shirt was brand new still in original bag with tags. I will never shop there again. Why promote your store when you said come back in no time frame given ,no mention of 14 day return policy. Ohh well. Plenty of other new stores around.

I ordered a belt to be shipped express to me. I paid $20 for express shipping. The belt took over 10 days to get here. It was not an Auspost issue as I contacted them already. I also contacted Stable Door who never responded to me. Missed my husband’s birthday and out the $20! Would not purchase from them again. Very poor customer service and communication. Show details

that I could purchase the jacket elsewhere as it was for a birthday present that had already passed. I got no reply, I emailed again and no reply. In the end I was forced to raise a PayPal enquiry to which again they did not reply. In the end I had to escalate this with PayPal and I then received my refund. I try and support small businesses, but when they give you no customer service it makes it very difficult. All this company needed to do was advise me immediately when I placed my order that there was a stock issue. They should have offered me a refund then or asked if I was happy to wait. The fact that they did neither and then when I enquired only offered me a store credit is not acceptable. Good customer service gets you more business poor customer service gets bad reviews that many people can read. Very disappointing.

ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! I bought an item that arrived broken, was poorly packed with no bubble wrap etc. Contacted them and the said it was an Australia post issue not theirs. They put in a claim with Australia post but lied abd said it was bubbled wrapped etc. I have asked for a refund, they will NOT reply to emails or Facebook messages. I will taking this to consumer affairs.

Would rate 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered boots months ago. Never arrived. Have complained multiple times directly to them and they either ignore my complaint or give me the same useless excuse but do nothing to help rectify the situation. This company is an absolute joke. Spend your money somewhere else.

I recently visited The Stable Door Charlestown and was impressed with the variety of products, however, I also experienced deception and discrepancies in their 'stable door policy' - perhaps it's time for them to revisit their approach to honesty? Invest your hard earned elsewhere this xmas. Consumers in Newcastle deserve better !

Warrnambool store. Went in yesterday with two small grandsons. The lady serving was an absolute delight to deal with. Old fashioned customer service. Nothing too much trouble. sizing chart not correct buyer beware – i ordered some new belts i measured my existing belts and compared the size with there online sizing chart and went up one size, belts arrived and not even close to fitting so i then had to pay for return shipping after about 2 weeks i receive a email saying i hadn't paid a outstanding invoice and they now have no stock this store is a joke . DO NOT USE THEM ..... got a refund and they deducted more shipping costs.

Read the fine print about exchanges – If you live in WA or NT, regardless of the value of your purchase (mine was over $150), if you need to exchange it for a different size, etc, you will be paying postage three ways. Plenty of other online Australian vendors not doing that, so is simple for me. Unsubscribe, and don't shop there again. Show details

Worst company ever! – I’ve ordered a hat and it was the wrong size. Not only did I have to pay for the return postage, but they wanted $18 exchange fee on top. So I paid $44 for a hat, $12 return postage and then they wanted $17- what thievery! When I complained to them about it via email they didn’t even bother answering it, just gave me a refund.
