received no reply. I googled tie rack scam and found all these reviews. Thankfully i paid via paypal and got an immediate refund. It's a great reminder of the need to check reviews before handing over money. I see this scammer has been reported to ACCC numerous times in the past several years but the site is still up and running, scamming people. What a criminal enterprise, no accountability

This company is a fraud – Really disappointed and should have checked the reviews before I purchased. Paid for express shipping. As per other reviews, no confirmation email no response and has not responded to my email. Have been scammed.

very helpful with their customer service – Purchased some ties for an event and needed a particular colour to match some dresses. They were very helpful by allowing a sample to be sent and the colour ended up matching. Great quality and service. Show details

Scam Alert – Purchased a tie last week. Money taken out straight away and nothing from them. No emails confirming purchase no tracking no anything. Can’t even contact them

No contact since I placed the order – I have placed an order for my wedding more than 10 days ago, money was taken out of my account but no communication since. Very disappointed!!!! Have emailed multiple times, contacted via Facebook and even tried calling a number I found, but no response at all.

No returns reply – Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews for this company before. I bought 5 ties for my wedding and the colors were different so I had to return them. I sent an email to the "contact us" provided on the website and it's been over a week and no answer. As all the other reviews, it must to be a scam or a really unreliable company. Prime example of a bad business – Poor communication, they do not check emails, no opportunity to cancel an order and no feedback or communication. The product is also poor value for the price you pay. If you want to throw away time and money then go ahead and deal with these clowns. Show details

Ordered online paid for Express shipping, nothing received, no response from company – Ordered online with my AMEX on 01NOV22 Paid extra for express shipping apparently to arrive next day (Sydney CBD) after 3 days nothing received so emailed and no responses 10 days later called AMEX for chargeback which was done on the spot.

Ordered paid on credit card and hasn’t arrived. Emailed. No response. Contact on website doesn’t work – Failed to arrive. No contact no receipt via email. No response to emails.

TOTAL FRAUD – Placed order online but received no confirmation email. Luckily I ordered through PayPal. There is a contact name [Name Removed]& email on PayPal- contacted him - no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

REPORTED TO ACCC. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY – Items purchased, no confirmation email made me suspicious. I waited and the tried to contact them. No reply. No items delivered. No correspondence from them but they took my payment.

registered for GST. But is still trading with a fancy website encouraging more of us to be ripped off. Reported to ACCC after seeing all the similar reviews on here by other consumers who are out of pocket.

Shocking Customer Service – By far the worst customer experience l have ever had. Purchased 5 ties from the The Tie Rack through their website. They took my money willingly and then do not ship the goods. They did not answer multiple emails. There is no phone number to call them on their website! Order placed a nearly a month ago and not received. No shipping supplied. Numerous emails but no contact – Found what I wanted easily but am yet to even get shipping details after close to a month. Poor customer service

Took my money, no communication, no shipment. Thank goodness for PayPal – No communication from Tie Rack regarding my purchase, no follow-up regarding shipment, failed to ship goods. Failed to reply to my emails or phone calls. Thank goodness that I used PayPay who intervened and I got my money back. Bunch of scammers.

Unreliable shipping for a poor product. Not worth the wait – Bought a golden pocket square from the Tie Rack on the 26th. It took 3 weeks for it to arrive. I contacted them 3 times via their website and via email. Not once did they respond. When my pocket square arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on their website. Scam website – This company took my money, never sent the goods ordered, never replied to emails. Found out their ABN was cancelled in 2017. Don’t waste your time ordering from them. A Scam!

Do Not Order From This Company - Zero Stars – Ordered face masks from the Tie Rack and randomly received sub-standard masks from ebay after complaining that I not received my items. They failed to refund my money and sent the sub-standard items instead. DISHONEST MERCHANT

How not to run a business – Avoid this seller if you can help it. I bought a onesie and didn't receive any communication at all from the seller for two weeks so I emailed them. No reply. next morning i got a reply with just the tracking number. The tracking showed that they had sent the package after I emailed them (ie two weeks after purchase). I did receive the item as ordered but i would never deal with them again. Think twice before you buy from this seller!

Goods don't arrive – After twelve days I am still waiting for my goods. I've emailed twice, website messaged once and Facebook messaged once. No replies at all. Would suggest only ordering from this company if you are happy to lose your money and receive nothing in return. Will be trying to get my money back through my bank.

Unreliable – Placed 2 orders after 19th June in preparation for a function on 25th June. It required for me to escalate with Paypal on 28th June, 10 days after I had placed orders (I am so relieved I paid via Paypal) for me to receive my first response from Tie Rack with :"items were sent 24 hours after payment made. please let us know if you are still awaiting your order." No items in any of my orders were received at that point or even up till now. This is in context with repeated emails using both direct email and website email methods to contact the vendor.

Please take note as per Tie rack's website claims: "The Tie Rack AU offers express shipping with tracking for urgent orders (Australian Residents Only). Australia Post charge $10 per parcel. You can select this option upon checkout. Expected delivery time for express orders is 1-2 days if your address is in the Australia Post express network." With regards to my explained situation as above - I find this information highly dubious.

Terrible, no communication, fraudulent! – I ordered items for my husband birthday via express registered shipping! Haven’t received any of it. I emailed and sent so many messages on Facebook. After three days I got only reply via fb, that they will look into it. However, After that no response. This is my first ever and worst experience with this company. It appears that company is fraudulent. Stay away!!!!!
