I bought a set of 3 a few months back. Decided it was not worth my money. However they put me on monthly refill, a clause slipped in the order that i missed. I am now left with hefty monthly bill of an item i do not want. I have requested them to cancel and stop auto refills. If they dont, then they are just another Snake oil merchants

time and I came across an ad the other day and I looked at some reviews and someone said it worked and another person said exactly what I said their dog peed on it but overall it was good reviews so I took a chance and purchased it and it wasn’t cheap but I will tell you my dog since the day we plugged it in has had zero accidents in the house or maybe no accidents he was marking on a refrigerator our walls and a stove every day multiple times a day and we could not stop it. We got the pet diffuser and we haven’t had an accident since and I didn’t wanna leave a review until I knew it was real, but we’ve had them for a week and he has yet and he has yet peed on any of our appliances or walls, which is priceless. I will recommend this product to anybody that has a dog that is trying to mark their territory all over their house this product really works. It’s a must by.

Sadly we didn’t see any difference with our two dogs over the past month with 3 plugged in throughout the house. I had high hopes for this product, but did not work for us.

Great quality beds – Purchased a bed for my 11 year old Golden retriever, he doesnt like to sleep anywhere but my bed. That very night he slept in his new Therapet bed for hours! Im talking like 10 hours straight. I think he is in love !

Great quality product! – I brought a therapet bed around 12 months ago, in this time I have also gone through multiple other brands beds and none of them have compared to the bed I have from therapet! I have washed it countless times, put it through the dryer also and it is still in great condition, my pups love it! Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely re purchase

Amazing ⭐️ – Purchased an extra large & my dog is obsessed, she’s always in there so content. I bought a second for my other dog and he loves his as well. They are amazing quality and were delivered fast

DODGY COMPANY DO NOT BUY! – Absolutely the worst company with misleading information. Bought 3 x diffusers for my cat they came from china and had a horrid burning plastic smell when in use. CRAP PRODUCT IT DOES NOT WORK!! I got sick from the smell and my cat hates it. Over $200 out of pocket for this rubbish product. BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE – Was led to believe the product comes from America…, it doesn’t it comes from CHINA!!! My order is somewhere between China and Australia with it being lost somewhere “in transit”. They use a Chinese delivery company which is dreadful. I will never deal with them again. Cannot even give a review of the product as I don’t have it and am $119 poorer. only way to contact them is via email and it takes them days to respond, it’s just back and forth [Content Removed]! Also, the diffuser plugins all get VERY HOT!

Ripped Off – We ordered a 3 pack of diffusers with 6 refills for our cats. Only 1 diffusers and 2 refills were delivered. There is no customer service number, only an email. I have tried to contact them twice by email with no response. Definitely feeling ripped off for our $80.

Disappointed- disgusting customer service – I purchased 2 beds for my Hungarian Vizsla dogs. After one wash Zips broke. (Covers washed in a special wash bag) Numerous emails sent and no response. Asked to purchase replacement covers or what the warranty was with no response. I would not recommend this product.

Long and disappointing experience – Received bed after five weeks they estimate a week) with no communication or apology. The bed is identical to the one I purchased from Big W two years ago for less than half the price, and despite massaging it for 24 hours as instructed, it is not very padded or plump on the base. Disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service but nice dog bed – The good: The bed has arrived and my dog is loving it. It is so soft and comfortable for her. The bad: Has to be the worst customer service experience I think I have ever had with a company. They just ignore emails and no response. There is no phone number. Fantastic Company – Highly recommend this company and product, my dogs love the bed and the customer service was top notch. My package was lost by Australia post and Therapet sent out a new bed immediately and I got it in within a few days, my dogs sleep in it every night!

was processed and had been shipping. Reading the refund policy I see it is at customer expense to return so no surprise my order is suddenly shipped after I requested a refund, but still no contact at all to confirm if I still wished to cancel. Product is better than I expected after reading reviews which I wish I read prior to purchasing. Sorry but I would not recommend this business as I’m a big believer in customer service first, it’s not that hard. Friends have bought very similar products from other businesses with great customer service, I just wished I had found this out earlier and supported a better business

Don’t waste you hard earned money! – I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the bed. It was almost flat and after investigating the interior, the inserts were only half filled with stuffing. I’ve had to purchase more polyester filling, undo the stitching of both inserts and fill them up to plump up the bed. Not what was advertised- do not waste your money!

Ignores emails - Shocking Product - Item Not As Described – Purchased the Therapet pet bed, terrible quality, external fabric thin and split within 24 hours and stuffing everywhere. The base filling is terrible and you can feel the floor with your hand. Emailed 3 times to return product, but ignored my emails. Beware product is terrible and what a waste of money. very rude and brief email the next week stating that my bed was being held at a different pickup point and that I needed to pick it up. Very poor customer service. When we opened the bed, we could see that the bed is definitely not as plump and cushioned as the one therapets have advertised. The bed is quite thin and the hairs are not as fluffy. Only upside is that my pup loves the bed.

No better than something from a cheap shop – Both of my Labradors like the feel of the beds. Unfortunately besides the outside rim flattening every time they use it (I've had to manipulate the stuffing to get it to be a bolster nearly every day), the material on the bottom is paper thin and has split after about 3 weeks of use. Definitely a waste of money.

Only sent half my order and will not respond – Ordered two items (bed & snuffle mat), the parcel contained only the bed. Emailed the same day as delivery, and messages in the weeks since but they will not respond.

Disappointing – The calming bed I ordered for my dog was received packaged up like a ball. Warning: Not a Serious company!!! – my order #1204 was confirmed 01/10/2020 and paid $173.98. received 6 month later!!! 4 x calming beds after multiple emails and messages received order 6 month later and all 4 of them Wrong size. I have nothing positive to say about this company.

My Dogs Are In Love – My 3 poodles could not get enough of these beds, we live in Melbourne where it gets really cold and the dogs snuggle up to their bed every night. 10/10!!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE – This bed is absolutely amazing. It is so soft and fluffy and my dogs love it. They are calm and relaxed when they are in it and i would highly recommend this product.

My Dogs love this bed! – My 2 siberian huskies love their beds, I purchased the L and XL size. Each and every night my dogs sleep in their Therapet beds (usually in my bed). The bed is so soft and easy to wash with its removable cover, highly recommend to anyone who has dogs!
