none of the burners have spark despite making all the right clicking sounds when button is pushed. it is unlikely all 3 electrodes would fail at once,any clues anyone. Dave

I have a 2019 Thetford Caprice MK111 fan forced stove, grill and oven. The grill box has broken and Thetford have told me they no longer make the model I have and the grill box is not a spare part. Does anyone know where I might be able to get one?

The 3 gas burner light but when knobs release flame goes out replaced micro switch what do you think the problem could be hell and oven work fine

Have bought a 2nd hand van, & the oven has badly burnt-on (?)oil in places. Special aluminium/ stainless steel cleaner won't move it. I'd like to spray with oven cleaner, but the spray says not to use on aluminium. Can you please tell me what metal the inside of my oven is?

We have a problem the when we light the oven, close the door, it goes for a few minutes and then goes out? Some times it goes perfectly but at other times it just will not keep going.

Hi can you tell me if there is a switch for the fan in the oven. it lights ok but fan will not come on. i have had a good look for a switch but can not find one. is the fan automatic when the oven is in use. if this is the case then the fan is faulty because it does not come on.

Thetford MK3 Caprice reaches temperature flame goes out and will not relight

After changing to a new gas bottle. The griller ignites OK. But goes out when the nob is let go. After many attempts it does eventually go.
