terrible quality – I wish i had read these reviews before buying a couch from here. From 3.5yrs after buying my leather couch started to crack and split. Single person household with no pets/kids etc... and yet looks like it's been here 20 years with lots of use. terrible, appalling quality. don't waste your money

Worst quality lounges – I bought the leather couches from here and they were in the formal area - hardly ever used but it has now cracks and the leather has come off in many places. A terrible quality couch - please DO NOT buy from here. Total waste of money!!

Terrible Customer Service and no product – Ordered a couch through them that indicated 7 to 10 day delivery with free delivery into Melbourne (even after punching in my postcode) Happily took my money. Chased them in a couple of weeks was told it was still 3 to 4 weeks away, Chased them again in 3 weeks told the same story. they say its on the truck on its way, could provide no Con note etc, constantly told someone will chase it up and call us. Eventually we get a call from them saying the freight company has it and its too expensive to send down to us so they are cancelling our order. Absolutely shonky.

Excellent Quality and Lead Times – Purchased the Stella Lounge 3 months ago. Was impressed with the price and the service was great to. Delivery only took 6 days and putting it together was not to bad. The video helped. Overall the couch is massive, comfortable and well made. Happy to recommend this company.

Poor quality products – Purchased a lounge online for an apartment in 2015. Was told the couch would take approx 4 weeks as it was on backorder... heard nothing. completely different from the photos online. Instead of a "slate grey" it was more greenish. The guy felt so bad they gave me a small $150 refund, to their credit.

Having now owned the couch for a few years it gets worse, its just horrible quality. The cushions are so saggy to a point where anyone who visits my place jokes about them, the fabric quality is atrocious and they pill everywhere, the actual base creaks and cracks as the base of it is very cheaply made.

I very rarely ever write poor reviews for anything but this has just been a disaster.

replaced. A giant bar right in the area of the chaise that gives a chaise lounge its purpose.

Customer Service has no concern and won't even reply to emails.

They may not put the effort into replying to me, but they will to the ACCC.

Chaise lounge – Absolutely terrible, chaise lounge uncomfortable, material stains with plain water, most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on, may last just long enough for the warranty to run out how convenient, take from someone who has learnt their lesson don't purchase!!

I truely hope people read reviews before purchasing from this mob... sales consultant even confirmed in an email to myself that they have had many complaints about this particular sofa but still want you to pay to have it replaced.. I shall keep the email from the consultant which will back up my story... steer clear. Spend the extra couple of $$$ and purchase elsewhere where they actually sell quality and look after their customers.. buyer beware.

Awful service – Never again would I this company. Its been a complete pain from beginning to end. All they tell you is that they dont have any control once you make a purchase and you have to deal with a third party company from then on.

Great product at a great price – I purchased my Think Lounge on line after chatting on line with a staff member. The transaction was easy and delivery took place within the specified time and was hassle free. Great communication from pre purchase to delivery. I'm very happy with my comfortable new lounge and love the bonus storage area in the ottoman.

Stock was not available – Was looking for a leather sofa for my new house, Think lounges popped up with this particular lounge that was very reasonable and the best thing was it said “STOCK is available”. and was advised there was no stock left so I would have to wait for the next container to arrive and it would take another week or 2, I personally thought everything was Australian made and owned so was very disappointed.

I requested a full refund even though it did take some time I did get my money back.

Disappointed – Bought online, receipt states that purchased lounge is IN STOCK. Then get informed after payment that it may be a 2 week wait as they need to make it. Going on 4th week without communication or a Lounge. Very disappointed, this will teach us for not shopping local.

UPDATE: I'm updating my review because I've just been contacted by Think Lounges and they will be delivering my lounge tomorrow which is only 9 days after ordering. I must admit I am pleasantly surprised.

SECOND UPDATE: My lounge arrived and it looks great and is really comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Love it – Was sceptical about buying online as I couldn't see the product apart from the picture. When lounge was delivered in record time I was extremely happy and would highly recommend to anybody looking to get a good price lounge and receiving a great product don't judge bad reviews as people never put on good reviews

Worst sofas – We have bought sofa nearly one year ago they gave one year warranty but after 6 months condition of sofas became very bad .. we talked to them but they told we can't do anything.

Substandard product, did not pay agreed refund for warranty – Bought sofa Oct 2015. After just a few months, cushions lost shape, metal springs can be felt when sitting on the sofa. Very uncomfortable. Contact ThinkLounges and agreed to refund half the amount. They never paid the agreed refund and cannot be reached via call. Does not respond to emails. Total waste of time and money.

This is crap which deteriorates in no time – The sofa base ripped after several months, cushions lost shape, metal springs stick through cushions, material thread on cushions burst and armrest snapped when pressure applied with arm when getting up from couch. They have continually blanked me since I have submitted my warranty claim. Please do not waste your money on this!!!

Tyler Sofa with chaise (Grey) – After 6 weeks waiting for delivery, I've just received an email saying the sofa isn't available, yet it's still available on the website. They offer me instead a white sofa, nothing like one I ordered and if I wanted it I would have to wait until the end of August to receive it. Very poor service and communication - would not recommend to anyone.

Do not purchase from this company if you work during business hours – I would strongly advise against purchasing from Think Lounges due to the poor customer service, difficulty in contacting them and staff who are unaware of the processes – especially if you work during business hours. whether Saturday delivery was possible for my current suburb and postcode and the cost of this, as I am at work during business hours Monday-Friday and do not know anyone in Canberra that can wait in my apartment for a delivery.

I was informed Saturday delivery was available and free to my location. Based on the information, I ordered a Rafael Loveseat with Chaise for $749 on 4/2/16 and paid for this. I then emailed straight after placing the order to request the Saturday delivery and referenced the phone conversation where I had been told this was available and free. I received no response to my email.

I then received a voicemail message from the delivery company, Hunter Express, asking me to log in online and book my delivery time. However, the only delivery times available were Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. I tried to call Think Lounges about this but because it was outside business hours, I got the voicemail service, which cuts off after 10 seconds, so it’s impossible to leave a detailed message with your name and number. I then emailed them about this.

I received no reply to my email again so I called Think Lounges on Saturday and spoke with Joan who said Hunter Express actually don’t deliver on Saturdays but they could do a 6-8pm delivery. She did not mention any other cost and said she would contact the delivery manager.

I then received an email from Hunter Express saying that after hours delivery would cost me $177.6. I asked a family member to call Think Lounges during business hours (as they do not respond to emails, and you can’t leave a voicemail message outside business hours) and ask if Think Lounges could cover this delivery cost, given that I had specifically enquired whether I could have a Saturday/after hours delivery BEFORE I purchased the couch, and had been told by their staff that I could! The delivery manager Fran would not cover any of the cost and was unapologetic.

I paid the $177.6 to Hunter Express. On 16/2/16 (nearly two weeks after placing the order) I received the couch. I was once again extremely disappointed to find that the two prongs that are supposed to join the chaise with the other section of the couch were not included in my delivery! I emailed Think Lounges (as again, this was of an evening) and asked for these to be express posted out to me. I finally received these on the 1/3/16 – nearly a month after placing the initial order. They had not been express posted. This whole process was extremely frustrating and I would never purchase from this company again.

Sensational öld customer service" – The lounge is of the highest quality. Not difficult to put together, very user friendly.
