Why run a campaign if you don't keep enough stock? 30 days of waiting...
Bought Smile bracelet about 30 days ago only to be told they have no stock.
Really disappointed at the slowness of the fulfillment.
Got some champagne flutes for a gift, took them in to get engraved. Was told it would be 2 weeks, 2 months later I was still chasing them.
When I got the glasses back I noticed that they were different glasses, not a matching pair. One was shorter and wider. When I complained they said they would replace but I would have to wait 1 month for them to reorder. Then, in one months time, when they reorder, I would have to wait 4 weeks for them to be shipped from NY to australia. Then they would put in the engraving request and send them to NY which...
Huge change from prior visit
I wrote quite a scathing, though honest review, regarding my last experience at this Tiffany store in Dec 2020.
Today,I revisited the same store and felt it was only fair to write this review as the service I received today was excellent.
Every member of the staff that I had an interaction with today was friendly and helpful. I bought a few pieces in for cleaning and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful.
I’m so pleased the emphasis on good customer service at Tiffany’s was evident today and do hope it will be consistent again on my next visit.
Bondi shop was amazing
We have a busy life, 4 kids and former business onwers - work hard and not much time for spoils...
so my husband decided to spoil me and took me the Bondi store as a last final surprise gift after we came back from the Hunter Valley and it was an amazing experience, I got earrings and a bracelet so much more than I ever wanted or expected! The only sad thing is I can’t find my earrings :( :( :( but I have worn my bracelet every single day such great quality and the lovely lady made me feel so so welcomed even though the items I have purchased ...
Waste of time and money
Why would I waste my time coming in when you don't have the product to exchange? Thanks for nothing Tiffany, last day of return today so I'm stuck with a ring that won't be worn and left with a bad experience. Really disappointed!
Amazing Store & Service
Our experience at the Collins St store in Melbourne, for a significant anniversary, was fantastic! Annika was the best! She made our experience very special. Nothing was a problem. Polite, attentive and very knowledgeable. Oh and I absolutely love my ring that we chose.

I am writing this review today to express my experience with Tiffany and unfortunately my disappointment.
I have been with my partner for 4 years now, and I am not going to lie we went twice to the Tiffany shop in Brisbane contemplating the engagement rings with Stars in our eyes.
February 2020 was my 30th birthday and in between my gifts I can spot a blue colour that I know very well, a Tiffany bag.
My love got me the bracelet (Return to Tiffany heart tag toggle bracelet in sterling silver). I was the happiest girls in the world, my first Tiffany piece engraved as well. I love it.
Needless to say I wore the bracelet every day since then.
Terrible service. Buying an eternity ring for & with wife my wife for a significant anniversary. After checking a range of possibilities with Tiffany asked for details of a specific ring to be provided to me. Staff member did so listing purchase price whilst in full view of my wife ie: Despite being told so, didn’t grasp this was a very significant present from me to my wife so price should not be divulged to her. Never mind I thought, my wife chose a ring which I’d indicated to staff, I’d purchase. This is where things went downhill. Had none ...in stock, logistics being a real issue - hardly my problem, I just wanted the ring. Maybe we could purchase on-line? Maybe not, this was a very special item of great significance & we were buying it together. Staff member turned a very special occasion into simply selling us a ring. Never appreciated the importance of buying the ring together on this very special occasion. Despite literally having my credit card ready to complete the transaction, an inability to provide the ring “in store”, & providing excuses for such, then suggesting we buy on-line (which we clearly stated we were not doing), lead to no sale. However we purchased a ring within the main next hour from Cartier, who provided a entirely different & far superior experience. They appreciated the significance of the purchase & realised it was not simply a “sale”.
I thought the shipping from Tiffany and co via FedEx from New York was outstanding my parcel arrived in just 7 days all the way to Tasmania the tracking was precise as well excellent service
Upset at being charged for repair of T-Ring
I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Tiffany’s. Whilst I have been thrilled with most of my purchases, unfortunately my Tiffany T-Ring did not live up to my expectations. I only ever wore it on special occasions.
Recently as I ran my hand through my hair, the ring came apart where the “T” joins the band.
I took it back to Tiffany’s Sydney store for a replacement only to be told it was out of warranty. Really? An expensive ring, rarely worn, broken through no fault of mine?
The ring was sent to Melbourne for assessment and a re...pair quote. When told the repair cost, I elected to have it looked at privately. I was so dissatisfied with being charged for what I feel is a defective product, I was not inclined to contribute any more funds to Tiffany’s coffers. I was told there didn’t seem to be any other similar experiences with the T-Ring. At the very least, I would have expected Tiffany’s to repair it free of charge. Would I ever be confident to wear it again?
Second time using the online store.
I'm not sure why people are upset at Tiffany shipping from the USA. No issues items arrived in time promised. Packaged well. I wish we had access to what was on the US site.
misleading shipping info
On the website in Australia it says nothing about the product being shipped from USA, so the delivery time of 3-5 business days is BOGUS and completely misleading. I will be making a complaint to ACCC
bad customer service and delivery
I recently ordered the Oval ID necklace. I just received an email saying that the item i have selected is temporarily unavailable. Before i ordered this product i called Tiffany and Co main office and asked if there was stock in Australia and they said that they can ship one from Sydney and will take 5-10 business days. In the email i just received i was told that it could be up to 30 days before they ship out my order. I was told one thing over the phone then emailed something completely different. Im very disappointed as i was to have this item delivered by mid September. horrible customer service.
Drop ships from the USA
JUst purchased a baby silver spoon to now find out they are drop shipping this from the US, this is misleading and deceptive behaviour , no where on your site does it state its being shipped from the US, now my goods are stuck in customs, I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC
Accepted and order that they didn't have in stock. Terrible customer service.
I ordered something online which Tiffany's system accepted. This clearly shows that the goods should be in stock. I then got an email saying it wasn't in stock and i would get contacted within 24 hours. 36 hours later I followed up again having received no contact, only to receive an automatic response saying that I would get a response within 36 hours. I eventually got a phone call after 8 days saying it wasn't in stock and trying to sell me something different.
Just not acceptable. Don't take orders for goods you don't have. Terrible customer service.
