I was gifted a Tiffany jewellery box, valued at $3500 for Christmas. The jewellery box is beautiful however I have found 18ct, 9ct white and yellow gold and Stirling silver tarnishing. My specific grievance stems from the customization of a pendant, where I intended to order the letter 'S' for engraving. Regrettably, due to the unclear website design, I mistakenly selected the letter 'A' instead. The placement of the letter selection option directly adjacent to the engraving section, without a clear indication of the front and back view of the pendant, resulted in this grave error.
As this pendant was intended as a birthday gift for my wife, the incorrect engraving has not only caused immense disappointment but has also left me with no suitable gift for her special day. I invested a significant amount, utilizing my savings for this purchase, only to receive a product that does not meet my expectations.
Despite reaching out to your customer care team for assistance, I received the disheartening response that no corrective measures could be taken due to the personalized nature of the product. This lack of support and acknowledgment of the issue has deeply saddened me, as I never anticipated such a dismissive stance from a renowned company like Tiffany & Co.

Tin can didn't live up to expectations – I bought a lovely silver tin can from tiffany and co, beautiful design but be aware that it doesn't come with a lid. I had my beans in it for only a day and they went bad. As a loyal customer I would expect fresh 1k tasting beans.

April 17th I received text saying item was shipped April 16th and tracking info showed delivery date of April 21st. Today is April 22nd and tracking shows the item on the other side of the country...the same place it has been since April 18th....and estimated delivery date still shows as yesterday. Given the extortionate prices they charge for what is very cheap jewellery, this is extremely poor service to say the least.

delay was due to customs however it was clear that they had an issue on their end as the note stated that they hadn't sent all items. Dealing with their customer service team has been appalling. They have no empathy and are not interested in helping at all. It's now been 10 business days and I still haven't received the item. week, customer service looking into it, cant give straight answers. Not once did any staff member from Tiffanys show any empathy or apologise for the earrings. I have been a loyal customer, but not anymore! Do not buy, Tiffany's do not last forever, they are a cheap and nasty product, with extremely poor customer service.
