Sent over all the information including area and about 7 pictures to someone called Justin for a 100 sq meter clean seal and non slip treatment and had nothing back that was on 27th August 25.

Very easy to deal with – From the moment I called, until the job was complete, it was handled very professionally. Their office works seemlessly and they keep in good contact. Their tradesman was brilliant and kept me informed as to what the problem was and how we needed to solve the problem A+

Did Great Job – Arrived late but did a thorough job of cleaning grout throughout our house, as good as new in most places. Couldn't use the strongest chemicals due to my wood trims but instead scrubbed them clean which was a lot of work for them. Hopefully sealer works and prevents them from getting so dirty again. Didn’t turn up and total runaround – Had bathroom tiles regrouted and resiliconed last November. The guy who did the work did a great job on the grout. The Silicone is now wearing away in spots allowing mould to get in. too rough on it and not cleaning my shower. He asked me to provide him copies of my cleaning invoices and photos of every bathroom to compare. Which I did. After 3 weeks of me chasing him up he finally booked a time in and then no one showed up after I waited at home all morning. I rang the main number that day and someone said they would follow it up and get back to me and I never heard from them. The poor tradesman that does the work was polite and hard working, and is let down by a very disorganised bunch of people or system that don’t know what they are doing and are certainly not customer focused. Would not recommend the Gold Coast branch at all.

SCAM- This should be illegal- this business is an absolute joke – In 2018, I was researching and planning for a bathroom reno that included refreshing terrazzo flooring and filling any holes left from the old shower screen. I contacted 3 local companies for comparative quotes- the job had slightly changed with no repairs or holes needed- I contacted Tile Cleaners QLD and Brisbane Tile Restoration- BOTH OF WHICH are totally different websites, different staff, different phone numbers- In no way portrayed to also be the same company as StoneMasters. (they are all the same company- they just dont tell you) When I phoned Brisbane Tile Restoration in 2021- the scope of works I phoned them with was not the same as it was when I phoned StoneMasters in 2018- At no point did the person at BTR tell me they were the same company and they were pulling up details from 2018 and not even listening to me in 2021. They came to site on the day and could not carry out the required works because of the vanity and toilet being in place. (This was discussed before it was installed- and their staff member Ben told me to go ahead and have the items installed- as their staff had the tools to "work around them". I paid someone to have the items installed. Only to have Tile Cleaners contractor attend to site to say that he could not carry out the job at all. ON TOP OF THAT- this business wanted to keep my deposit. They harrassed me, accused me of lying? (so what? so that I could NOT have my bathroom completed and put up with their abusive staff?) Fair warning: These businesses are a total scam. They are ridiculously rude and deceptive. They tell you one thing- and then when you prep as they advise- they don't do the work, they blame you- and keep your deposit.

Beware, this company goes by many names, all dodgy – I used them as Tile and Grout Pro. Fair Trade and ACCC currently investigating them. Beware. They don't use professionals just subcontractors who don't know what they are doing. They sell their 'deepshield' sealer online too which doesn't work.

2nd time and it was better than the first – After a great first experience using tile cleaners, we decided to award them the work of our slate indoors and outdoors of our forever home and work was amazing. It’s made such a massive difference and we are even more in love with our new house than before. They will never stop sending you spam after 8 years!! – truly a disgusting company I simply got a quote 8 years ago and I have requested them to stop sending me email spam countless times. They just keep sending it, hence im writing this review. They are breaking the law by doing this and not respecting consumers rights, resulting in us never wanting to deal with this company me again. even get the admin right how can they do their simple job because pretty damn simple to stop an email send out which were formally requested so many times. I think this place is really dodgy and I'm glad we did not follow through with a quote which was very expensive

Do not use this company, they did not show up for the job – This company confirmed by email the day before they were due to show up, then on the day they phoned 15 mins before they were due with, sorry we are not coming. My parents who are in their 70's had gotten all the furniture removed from dining / lounge etc, and gone away for the night as they were having their slate sealed. My parents drove back… Read more

from the coast the morning of to let the cleaners in. No apology or anything just disrespect for 2 senior citizens with "we are not coming, cant do the job".

they Cancelled the job 15 minutes before due to start – Tile Cleaners cancelled the job 15 minutes before they were due to start. Furniture removals removed all the furniture. Room was all cleared and a phone call to say they were not coming. Disgusting treatment. I would never recommend them in a mad fit.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not use this or any other site that looks like it – Technician turned up, didn't know it was a slate floor to be cleaned. problem. The "technician" used a spray bottle of sealant inside my house (any other professional would attest the the fact that this should NEVER be done) the pump to came off from pressure and sprayed sealer all over nearby walls and a mop brushed up against my stained skirting. It should have been brought to my attention at the time, that the walls cannot be painted until extensive prep work is done to mitigate the sealant. It had not occurred to me as a layperson, but anyone in that business would have known the effect and it.s a no brainer that it should have been rectified by the business at the time. No ACN or address contact on sites either. If I had not been in the process of painting, the problem would have gone unknown until months or years and the I would have no idea why paint was not adhering to the walls and skirting. How many times has this happened to others and they would have no clue? Any negative feedback that is here, they are always blaming the client. If you have a problem with this business or Tile Restoration (many suburbs) Tile and Grout Pro, I would urge you to complain to ACCC, Asic and the Office of Fair Trading and the Arbitration Tribunal in your state.
