Was very impressed with the quality for the timber and the colour of the timber. Would definitely buy from here again as the customer service was great and easy to deal with. Was scared about spending 3k on floating shelves as I did not know what the quality would be like but was definitely worth the money.

prompt and efficient, there were a couple of issues that the Timberline team either rectified immediately or helped to resolve over the phone including talking to our installer to ensure everything including the Silksurface was installed correctly. So far so good.

Unfortunately after 2 and half years the ceramic basin developed a fine hairline crack. I rang Timberline and spoke with them, hoping for some advice on how to deal with it and whether I should be concerned about it becoming an issue down the track. Bianca @Timberline CS immediately put my mind at rest and asked for photos as she suspected it to be a fault coming from the tightening of waste/drain outlet and could possibly be covered under my warranty. I sent pics through and was advised that the vanity top was covered, but any plumbing etc would be at my expense. I was advised that I could chose a different top and basin from their range for replacement and did not have to have an identical replacement. As I was reluctant to risk same thing happening to a solid ceramic top again, I went for a silk surface top with separate semi insert basin. Bianca sent out some lovely (solid) samples of silk surface product for me to chose a colour. From there on I had a seamless experience with new vanity top and basin being made to my requirements, arriving promptly .....and......even with the basin and mixer holes pre-cut for my plumber to install. Needless to say I am super impressed, not only with my new top and overall quality, BUT the wonderful and good old fashioned customer service from everyone I spoke with or emailed at TL. Poor manufacturing by Timberline – Just an update Georgina from Timberline still went out of her way to contact me even though I resolved the issue myself. cabinet and Vanity for bathroom renos. Took 3 weeks from order before I received my cabinets, when I unpacked them, I was a little shocked how poorly things aligned and bowed facia panel. Ok I set the vanity up of a perfectly level floor and then made any required adjustments to the hinges and drawers to allign them. However, I could not make any adjustments to the two bottom drawers as they were closing to far in and nothing to stop them from closing to far. with this i took measurements and photos to send off to Harvey Norman and Timberline. Well, that was like jumping on a merry-go-round, even though I sent 30 plus photos and a solution to the problem that requires some special one-off adjustable stoppers, Timberline kept insisting that the vanity needs to be installed first as that may help fix any bowed backing board or twist in the cabinet. That was a surprise new cabinet and maybe twisted and bowed and not what you expect from buying a new cabinet. Well, I spent $150 to have a couple of one-off internal drawer adjusters made and as I kept telling Timberline once they were installed problem solved now, I can install knowing all adjustments can be made to line up faces and gaps perfectly. My biggest question to Timberline once installed if your service guy can’t fix the issue who pays to redo plumbing, there response, we will give you a new set of drawers which wasn’t the problem. See photos I have attached clearly shows how drawers closing too far and I used credit cards to hold out bottom draws which worked so I had one off stoppers made. see photos in short Timberline have poor working standards and I am now $150 out of pockect to fix there manufacuring problems. Think twice before buying Timberline products. Lots more photos but limit is 10 last photos show how I resolved.

Poor detail quality – Bought Timberline vanity and shaving cabinet at Harvey Norman. Found few chip marks around vanity and shaving cabinet. For this kind of bulid quality around $3400,that's realy expensive. Also Timberline didn't metion any details about the side seal of the middle panel. I chose the Prime oak finish for vanity but they used white seal on middle panel. it looks strange when the drawers are closed.

Bathroom Vanities custom built by Timberline – Had two custom made vanities by Timberline and ordered via Beaumont Tiles, West Ryde. Beautifully packed but when unpacked there was a bow in the fascia of the 1,200mm master vanity and the two doors in the 600mm ensuite vanity had a very large gap between the doors. vanity was impossible to fix. He moved the hinges so that the gaps between the doors would not be so large when closed but at the price I paid $4,000 (with no top as I am having my own stone benchtop made and installed as well as purchasing my own basins) the standard is really a great disappointment. My fine furniture cabinet maker was charging the same amount but he got ill and couldn't do the job. Since the standard of my Timberline vanities are classed as "high end" then I think that term has been used very loosely. I would not recommend Timberline to do any custom work. You can get cheaper price and of a similar standard elsewhere. Very disappointed. I wish I could have waited for my cabinetmaker for a proper job which in the end will cost me over $9,000.

laundry areas, and again went with Timberline products. Like most of us, the pandemic-world we now live in wreaked havoc with our build schedules and available materials which made for a lengthy delay between when we had ordered and received our items, and when the builders were able to install. Once uncrated, and installed, we went to see the finished areas and quickly realised that a Shaving Cabinet had been inadvertently delivered in the wrong finish - but it was now on the wall! We contacted the staff at Timberline hoping we could have a reasoned discussion and see what might be done, explaining the difficulties in delay between delivery and uncrating and installation. Without question, the staff at Timberline were beyond reproach and did the one thing that needed to be done, offering to replace it and have it shipped immediately. We were so pleased and thankful this did not turn into a lengthy issue, and the team at Timberline were so professional and responsible - sadly, it's uncommon excellence in after-sales service that we are no longer accustomed to but Timberline really stepped up to the plate here. Simply put; Our experience with Timberline is an exceptional Company, delivery beautiful high-quality products, with Genuine, good people. Thank you sincerely, it's so nice to know there are still Local Companies who have not lost sight of the things that matter.

a detailed knowledge of the product they were selling. I was never left with the impression that my call was a disruption. In fact the consultants weren't happy to end the call until they knew that I had the answers I sought. A far cry from the call centers of today. Old fashioned service is not dead and buried at Timberline. My delivery duly arrived and what a revelation the packaging presented. Unbelievably robust and has to be seen to be appreciated. When I look at the quality of the product, the extent of the service and the packaging of the delivery the value can only be described as a bargain.

Brilliant Company – We have recently purchased a polyurethane bathroom vanity from Timberline. They are, without doubt, one of the best companies to deal with. bought from Harvey Norman in Fyshwick. They were easy to deal with and very helpful, the Timberline products arrived in perfect condition and are very well packaged. Everything, including a couple of custom measurements, was exactly to the stated dimensions and the cabinetry is practical, opens and closes smoothly and looks fabulous. We are very happy to recommend Timberline and would happily use them again.

the stone top has marks that wont clean off, even though Timberline did send me cleaner, they said they are water marks, its a vanity! The cupboards dont meet and the drawers are dropping. I feel very sad that all the money we spent on the reno is let down by the main features in there.

Poor manufacturing, terrible customer service – Purchased a package of a vanity with caesarstone benchtop and a top mount sink. Timberline cut the hole for the sink too big so it could not be mounted properly and was wobbly. Pool Quality – Bought Timberline vanity and the board looks very different to the print on their catalog. I was told it was my fault because I did look their sample. Yes, store did not have the sample so it was my fault. The so called Caesarstone@ top looks more like piece of pinky unpolished concret slab. Again probably it was my fault because store did not have any samples.

couldn't finish the work and will now need to come back. So now approaching 3 weeks waiting for the correct one (they said 2 weeks) and still don't have a date of arrival. Has held up the whole renovation. No offer of compensation and still no date of delivery provided which means I can't schedule trades to complete the work. Simply not reliable.

Uses Laminated Particleboard on visible part with one side exposed to air without laminate – Quality: 1.6k AUD 750mm Vanity uses laminated particleboard for front bottom plate. One water spill and your cheap wooden plank will soak like a sponge. One side of the external plank does not even have laminate finish and the particleboard is expose to air outside of the vanity. The vanity was only installed less than a few days ago.

Delivery: Sent wrong large items three seperate times. 6+ weeks total delay and lots of redlivery headache as a result.

Support: Technician said they will adjust the draw after it is installed and stopped replying after it is installed.

Vanity delivered that is more the 1000mm high – I am bemused that such a reputable company like Timberline would make and delivery floor standing vanity(just vanity) higher than 1000mm. How am I supposed to use it once I install any kind of basin. We all know that all vanities including basin are between basin 850 to 900 mm standard. accepted the response of it being a very busy time of the year and we waited patiently for about 6 weeks. At around 7 weeks, only the cabinet arrived with no stone top or sink. When timberline were asked about where the top is, the response we received (through Harvey Norman) was "they don't know and we will make a new one." We were assured that this would be made in a week and then sent to Sydney by the middle of the following week. This did not happen. When I rang again, this time I spoke to a person at Timberline directly. She was very nice on the phone, however, told me that the stone top that arrived to them was made incorrectly so ANOTHER top would need to be made. She said that we would receive this in a week's time and it would be delivered directly to us. We have been waiting this week for the vanity top to arrive. It has not.... and I have received no phone call about why a delay has happened again. We are very unhappy as we have had a bathroom renovation happening now for 14 weeks! As we only have one bathroom, it is quite inconvenient!
