vanity was impossible to fix. He moved the hinges so that the gaps between the doors would not be so large when closed but at the price I paid $4,000 (with no top as I am having my own stone benchtop made and installed as well as purchasing my own basins) the standard is really a great disappointment. My fine furniture cabinet maker was charging the same amount but he got ill and couldn't do the job. Since the standard of my Timberline vanities are classed as "high end" then I think that term has been used very loosely. I would not recommend Timberline to do any custom work. You can get cheaper price and of a similar standard elsewhere. Very disappointed. I wish I could have waited for my cabinetmaker for a proper job which in the end will cost me over $9,000.

Like most of us, the pandemic-world we now live in wreaked havoc with our build schedules and available materials which made for a lengthy delay between when we had ordered and received our items, and when the builders were able to install. Once uncrated, and installed, we went to see the finished areas and quickly realised that a Shaving Cabinet had been inadvertently delivered in the wrong finish - but it was now on the wall! We contacted the staff at Timberline hoping we could have a reasoned discussion and see what might be done, explaining the difficulties in delay between delivery and uncrating and installation. Without question, the staff at Timberline were beyond reproach and did the one thing that needed to be done, offering to replace it and have it shipped immediately. We were so pleased and thankful this did not turn into a lengthy issue, and the team at Timberline were so professional and responsible - sadly, it's uncommon excellence in after-sales service that we are no longer accustomed to but Timberline really stepped up to the plate here. Simply put; Our experience with Timberline is an exceptional Company, delivery beautiful high-quality products, with Genuine, good people. a detailed knowledge of the product they were selling. I was never left with the impression that my call was a disruption. In fact the consultants weren't happy to end the call until they knew that I had the answers I sought. A far cry from the call centers of today. Old fashioned service is not dead and buried at Timberline. My delivery duly arrived and what a revelation the packaging presented. Unbelievably robust and has to be seen to be appreciated. When I look at the quality of the product, the extent of the service and the packaging of the delivery the value can only be described as a bargain.

Brilliant Company – We have recently purchased a polyurethane bathroom vanity from Timberline. They are, without doubt, one of the best companies to deal with. We had an issue which was no fault of Timberline and they listened to our concerns and went out of their way to help solve the problem for us. Their staff are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. bought from Harvey Norman in Fyshwick. They were easy to deal with and very helpful, the Timberline products arrived in perfect condition and are very well packaged. Everything, including a couple of custom measurements, was exactly to the stated dimensions and the cabinetry is practical, opens and closes smoothly and looks fabulous. We are very happy to recommend Timberline and would happily use them again.

Disappointed – We had a 1200 vanity and tallboy made by Timberline for a bathroom reno at a cost of nearly $4k. There were a couple of things wrong on delivery but were rectified by Timberline. the stone top has marks that wont clean off, even though Timberline did send me cleaner, they said they are water marks, its a vanity! The cupboards dont meet and the drawers are dropping. I feel very sad that all the money we spent on the reno is let down by the main features in there.

Not a satisfied customer – Bought a 1800mm vanity. First one arrived badly damaged, second one arrived with scratched vanity top. Third one has doors that are crooked, due to hinges that cannot be adjusted. After 3 attempts and 3 months I still don't have a satisfactory vanity.

Poor manufacturing, terrible customer service – Purchased a package of a vanity with caesarstone benchtop and a top mount sink. Timberline cut the hole for the sink too big so it could not be mounted properly and was wobbly. Pool Quality – Bought Timberline vanity and the board looks very different to the print on their catalog. I was told it was my fault because I did look their sample. Yes, store did not have the sample so it was my fault. The so called Caesarstone@ top looks more like piece of pinky unpolished concret slab. Again probably it was my fault because store did not have any samples.

Unreliable – Had a great experience with my first order of a vanity and shaving cabinet. Couldn't fault them. Second bathroom and it has been a very different story. couldn't finish the work and will now need to come back. So now approaching 3 weeks waiting for the correct one (they said 2 weeks) and still don't have a date of arrival. Has held up the whole renovation. No offer of compensation and still no date of delivery provided which means I can't schedule trades to complete the work. Simply not reliable.

Vanity delivered that is more the 1000mm high – I am bemused that such a reputable company like Timberline would make and delivery floor standing vanity(just vanity) higher than 1000mm. How am I supposed to use it once I install any kind of basin. We all know that all vanities including basin are between basin 850 to 900 mm standard. So why was this particular one made higher than 1000 mm. Can any Timberline representative please let me know how this issue can be resolved.

Australia based, should be quick. However the funny thing is the furnitures shipped from China are already there took only 5 weeks. I cannot tell the quality of the product as I have gotten them. Don't recommend if you need it in 3 months.

lost of job opportunity – Seeing the problem with Amy and the delays with no compensation whats so ever I have decided not to use this company and warn others of lack of customer service and unable to fulfill any promises they make.

accepted the response of it being a very busy time of the year and we waited patiently for about 6 weeks. At around 7 weeks, only the cabinet arrived with no stone top or sink. When timberline were asked about where the top is, the response we received (through Harvey Norman) was "they don't know and we will make a new one." We were assured that this would be made in a week and then sent to Sydney by the middle of the following week. This did not happen. When I rang again, this time I spoke to a person at Timberline directly. She was very nice on the phone, however, told me that the stone top that arrived to them was made incorrectly so ANOTHER top would need to be made. She said that we would receive this in a week's time and it would be delivered directly to us. We have been waiting this week for the vanity top to arrive. It has not.... and I have received no phone call about why a delay has happened again. We are very unhappy as we have had a bathroom renovation happening now for 14 weeks! As we only have one bathroom, it is quite inconvenient!

Thanks Timberline – Great product choices, beautifully constructed, fantastic service and best of all, Australian made. If you are looking for a quality vanity that is reasonably priced for what you are getting go for Timberline. The Timberline team are great to deal with and their service is amazing.
