I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent purchase! on December 20th 2025, I bought a ladies watch from Harbourtown store. Upon wearing it, I discovered that a small screw on the strap was missing. I returned to the store, only to be informed that I would need to pay $20 deposit for repairs! I find… Read more
this situation unacceptable, as the fault lies with the product sold to me. It is essential that your team thoroughly inspects items before they are sold to customers to prevent such issues. Given this experience, I am reconsidering my recommendations to others about your store. I have yet to get a response from you on my email to you. I am looking forward to a prompt resolution! My daughter wanted to purchase a watch for her mums 50th so we visited Timeless Watches at DFO Spencer Street, Melbourne. After looking at a number of watches my daughter had her heart set on a watch that I was unsure her mother would like. As such I spoke to the store clerk about it and he advised me I had 30 days in which to exchange. Given my… Read more
partners bday was 15 days from the purchase date I was happy with this. When. 25 days later I returned to the store to exchange said store policy is 14 days, not 30. I tried to reason with them but they refused. I have since written to the store and they’ve insisted I am wrong and their staff would not have mislead me. Add to this when in store the staff tried to make out the watch had been scratched, and yet the watch was barely out of the case for 30 seconds. Most reputable companies offer 30 days in terms and have better prices. Don’t purchase from this company - the more you look into them the more you see it’s a scam. They are a front for a company without a head office. I’ll be contacting the ACCC too.

Poor bracelet quality and no warranty – first and last time I buy a men’s bracelet from this shop! After just 23 days and only three uses, the Hugo Boss bracelet tore near the magnet, and the shop refuses to offer any warranty. I wasted $60!

Fantastic – I received fantastic customer service from Rosh and Aldrin from Bundoora Uni Hill store with the purchase of my watch. It's the best customer service I have received in a very long time. They were super kind and so friendly and efficient. Am very satisfied with my purchase. Donna Show details

Tag the price while you selected boost the price – As today around 3 clock pm ( 20/11/2023) we selected the watch storing box from UNiHill Bundoora DFO Victoria Melbourne store, when customer service attendant going to inside bring the packed watch box, she said ohh sorry tag price is wrong as they forget to remove the mentioned price on the box, and all boxes have same discounted price, its… Read more
really disappointing and said to customer they will charge you high price instead of mentioned price tag on the box. We quietly move forward and even no one apologies, but according to pricing policy you need to go with price tag instead of making excuses to make 20-25 dollars extra… bad customer service… might be never go to that store and asked others to not to do shopping. No customer service and commitment even there on tag price on product. Shameful and 0 satisfaction and excepted as never experienced, if i have they give it same price as its on mention as customer make a mind to buy. I asked them they straight no as they forget to change all pricing xxx strange
Awful – I mistakenly ordered two watches, then saw it was a scam. Asked to cancel the order, no reply. Tried to contact them a dozen times, no luck. I'm very disappointed. Got the watches and they are rubbish.
BUYER BEWARE!! – Seems this shop is happy to take your money but takes no responsibility for faults with their watches. A watch which is only 6 weeks old and purchased as a Christmas gift (and under warranty) stopped working within a very short time. They refuse to take it back or check it. 'If they touch it, they will void the warranty'. It needs to be sent… Read more
to a Watchmaker in Sydney (from Gold Coast) at my expense, to have it looked at. Why is this shop not undertaking the process of returning the watch to whoever it needs to go to for repairs/service? Will I even see it again?? I would never have purchased from a retailer like this knowing this is how they operate. Look for a 'reputable' jeweler or watchmaker. Terrible customer service and very questionable. Wish I had done my homework and read these reviews before shopping there.

Terrible service – My experience with this company? Very poor customer service for a simple battery change in a quartz watch. The Harbour Town sales assistant was brusque & I was told they couldn't do it today as the watchmaker wasn't in until Wednesday. She said "try Mr Minit". I said "OK, where is that". She waved her hand in some vague direction & told me "it's… Read more
near the Great Chemist". Not being from the area, this meant nothing to me & as she had already returned to her mission critical role of stacking stuff into cabinets I just gave up & walked out. Straight out rude, no greeting, smile, effort at all. Avoid.
Very unhelpful and zero product knowledge – Called no answer, called again looking for a Phillip s/steel watch with white face. With no product number she was not able to help me. No website available to gain a product number so was told I have to come to the shop and hung up! If my staff treated my customers like that I wouldn't be in business. Oh well they just lost 2 sales because they… Read more
couldn't be bothered over the phone as it was too bloody hard. I will not be going there and will tell everybody on social media about my experience. I hope you read this because without customers you don't have a job. Thanks for nothing!!!
Can’t even answer their phone! – I have an Earnshaw collection all bought from here and all I want to to do is order new bands but can’t even get them to answer their phone! So disappointed! Show details

Not good garbage – Absolutely garbage , brought a $500 watch and had nothing but trouble with it ,every pin has broken the clasp keeps coming apart and bad condensation in it,rang them up and didn’t want to help.
disgraceful company, very poor customer service – would never recommend this company they have the worse customer service i have ever seen, the staff know nothing and lie. I was given a phone number & email of their head office but no-one has bothered to answer or ring me back. Show details
low quality watch for a very high price!!! – I got a watch for $650 that they claimed it was $999 before sale, after I got home I noticed that is very regular watch that does not worth more than $100. It got all the scratches and looked old after 3 days of using. I took that back to them and they did not pay attention at all and did nothing!!! Show details
Strange company with questionable watches – Bought couple watches there. One failed after couple months. I'm not really surprised that they failed - all production in their shop are quite low quality. But strange thing - sellers in Moorabbin DFO not only rude [name removed (was dealing with my case), but have no idea who own their shop and not able to provide any contacts. All they can give… Read more

So if staff members are not responding to your request - you can contact with "mother" company.
But the better choice - avoid this store completely. If you do a little research - you can buy much better watches with real history behind them for similar or lower cost (Casio, Seiko, Orient, etc).
Disgusting! – Last weekend I bought a Hilfiger watch from Timeless Brisbane store. When I got home 2 hours out of brissie I realised that the watch had stopped working! Not being able to return to the store to fix the issue I tried calling to get it sorted. Wow what a runaround! Rang the store and wasn't able to get through. After 3 calls over an hour I finally… Read more
got through, a nice sounding man said he would take my number and get someone to call me back. No call back by late next day. So I started the runaround of calling again. You guessed it, I couldn't get through until after a few calls. A woman told me to come back to the store and didn't care that it was a 2 hour drive for me. I was sold a faulty product which I'm now suspecting is fake and I have never experienced such pathetic customer service in my life.
Earnshaw watch broke after 2 weeks – Earnshaw watch broke after 2 weeks. Rude staff. Wouldn't give me my money back and would only repair it. It's been nearly 2 months and I don't have it back. Totally scam company don't shop there Show details
Spinnaker Watch - "Screw in Crown" may cause water ingress – Bought a Spinnaker watch SP5022 - Loose crown causes water ingress ! Staff was very nice and helpful (Qld). My concerns are with a particular product line they stock. Some watches have "screw in type" crown which is prone to come loose and let water in. Timeless Watches have fixed my watch under warranty - than you ! Unfortunately the repair… Read more
process took at least 6 weeks (external repair centre / parts from Japan). On balance I wouldn't buy this watch again as much as I like it otherwise.
Refusal to rectify problem with new watch – I purchased a watch from Timeless Watches Spencer St Outlet, Docklands and after wearing it twice found that some of the little crystals which surround the watch face had dropped out and were lost. I called the store within 5 days of the purchase and was told that wear and tear on the case is not covered under warranty. However the receipt states… Read more
that the watch is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. I feel that there must be a defect in either the material holding the crystals in place or else defective workmanship in assembling the watch. I am concerned that more of the crystals will fall out and thus ruin the appearance of the piece. I wanted to send them an email as advised by the ACCC stating what should be done however they do not appear to have an email address.
This product was defective and Timeless Watches does not want to do anything about it.
My recommendation : Stay away from this dodgy operation !!
Poor customer service – When i was on a weekend trip to melbourne i bought a tommy hilfiger watch from timeless watches store in dfo. 2 months later the watch stopped working and the staff member on the phone told me i had to post it to melbourne to be repaired. I had to pay to post it to melbourne which i didn't find fair as i was sold a faulty product. After waiting… Read more
for 3 weeks, i got an email saying that i had to pay $60. I thought it was a mistake as this was a new watch. They told me that it was my fault that the watch was broken and I had to pay to get if fixed. I was furious, i paid good money for this watch and have barely used it in that time, there was no way it was my fault. I asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude and abusive. Her name was alicia, she was the general manager of the company and she told me it was my fault and they wouldn't fix it unless I paid. I told her I was going to take it up with consumer rights and she told me to get stuffed and hung up on me. I had a terrible time with this company and wouldn't recommend them. They were unfair, unprofesional and extremely rude.

Do not Buy from them please .. save time and your money – My kids were bought a watch each by my parents as a gift.. They dint care what the price was or what the discount was.. Initially the one my son wanted was 50% off but the counter lady couldn't get it working 100%, so they got a different color one which was only 20% off, claimed it's new and straight from the box, paid $240 for kids watch and… Read more

When asked to speak to a manager, was put on someone from Victoria but then she said, she is not the manager and the actual manger had an accident so cant speak...
Unhappy with the afters ales service – It is very strange that as a full fledged store they do not provide service to alter the watch links. So, as a customer, we spend money to buy the product and an additional $10-15 outside to get the links fixed. Every other watch seller provides the service. I know it is a small amount, but a major put off for me to put in effort, time and money additionally for this.
Harbour Town Store Gold Coast No Product Knowledge – Their Harbour Town store sells a couple of Swiss brands. Staff don’t even have basic knowledge, couldn’t tell me if the Swiss brands use in-house movements or ETA, Sellita etc. That level of product knowledge is similar to a car dealer not knowing if a car on their lot is diesel or petrol powered or a manual or automatic. Keep your money safe, shop somewhere else.
Regret to spend too much money on these rubbishes – I wish I saw the very low rate review for these guys before my purchase. I am very sad to spend $650 on a very low quality watch, I brought it back after two weeks and they do not accept it, they know what they sold. Really unhappy.
Meeru Good – Bought a watch, but unfortunately it stopped after couple of weeks. Went in to the store and and got exchanged for the new one straight away. Thank you so much
Poor customer service and poor quality watches – Bought a watch from Spencer St Mall, Melbourne and first the watch stopped working after two days and then the strap broke. I was told that strap is not covered and the guy at the store was rude. Will never buy from this store again.
Appalling customer service – After purchasing a watch that was supposed to be water resistant it started to show moisture under the glass face. I dropped this watch off, still under warranty, in early January. Not once in the last 5 months has the store contacted me to advise what the progress of this warranty claim is unless I have contacted them first. I have made the 120… Read more
km drive twice to talk to them and have been told there are still delays. Now after 5 months I rang last week and was advised, after they called back several days later, the watch was in transit back to their store and I could pick it up any time I wished. I asked to have the watch posted to me and got a flat out no. This has made me very angry. After being screwed around for months on end they can't even put in any extra effort to appease one customer.
Timeless watches at DFO Brisbane is full of appalling staff with an even worse customer service culture and will never get my business again. I encourage anyone even thinking about purchasing from this store to avoid it completely.
Great watch shop – I have bought 5 watches in last 15 months. No issues, all watches work perfectly, very stylish and great prices. The staff at Brisbane dfo are very helpful. I guess some customers just expect too much! I will continue to shop there. People should be intelligent enough to expect last season's models as these are dfo centres. jeff from Brisbane … Read more
August 5th 2018 Update: Second Year of buying here!
This is the second year of patronage for me at this shop.
I buy 80% plus of my watches here, i like the affordable luxury product lines they carry, there is something for every taste and budget.
The normal discount prices are good value , but the when the sale prices come around it's even better.
I now have bought over 15 watches(no problems with any) ,mainly for myself but some for family members.
Gary and his sales team are great on customer care and nothing is too much for them to help you.
I'm sure there may be the odd problem but I am sure it would be fixed with no problem.
I will continue to shop here as my first choice .
Dodgy company - dodgy products – Do not buy from this company! They sell items that are faulty and old. Their watches are made in china and their international warranties won't work if you try to use it as they haven't paid the companies they sell for to give customers international warranties! The companies they sell for need to look into this business as they are are making… Read more

Be cautious – I purchased a watch from the Essendon DFO store. I noticed a little bit of scratching at the underside of the watch but was happy with the price so I made the purchase. I figured a little bit of wear was probably normal for a DFO store as it could have been a factory second. A few days later I took the watch to have a link removed because the… Read more
band was too large, and I was told that it was impossible to get the link out. I was told that there was a large amount of dirt inside the band. He asked me how long I had had the watch and I replied with 'a few days'. He said based on his experience, this watch had to have been worn by someone for a significant amount of time to build up that much dirt. I asked whether it was possible that the build up could have been from sitting in a cabinet for an extended period of time, but he didn't think it likely.
At this point I tried to return the watch, letting them know that I could not wear it because it could not be resized. The person at the store refused to call the manager to approve my refund and told be I would have to leave an dwait for a call back from the manager. This is extremely poor customer service. Not only was I sold a dodgy item, but then I had to make two trips to the store to get my refund sorted.
I would be cautious about buying from this store. The source of their items is questionable and they have appalling customer service when a problem arises. .
