Read all reviews – You would have an easier time getting your money back, buying a new car... Crashing it and asking for a refund because you don't like the colour anymore. The phone number on their site is disconnected, email does not exist. Iv read in other reviews that the address for the store is fake/no store there. You have zero chance of a refund...... ZERO.....

they seem to have no interest in honouring the " full product warranty" as stated in their description.... I also previously tried to match the serial numbers on the back to that in the digital system, they do not match, I suspect the watch is conterfeit. I have been scammed and left with faulty conterfeit goods, and over $300 spent for this crap... Please, buy from a more reputable store, do not throw your money away like I did :(

The entire transaction went without any problems.The product ordered arrived in fully functional pristine condition. So far I am extremely impressed with the professional customer service and products by the Tip Top Shop (I do not impress easily at all).

I have recommended the Tip Top Shop to potential customers and I will continue to do so, because it is a rarity these days to receive professional old school customer service and products at a price that will not melt the credit card.

So far the Tip Top Shop from my own personal experiences has proved to be a pleasant experience on both occasions. All in all I have nothing negative to say so far about the Tip Top Shop and I can shop with confidence. If this status changes in the future I will most surely post my experience good or bad. False advertising – The worst service ever. They won’t honour their warranty obligations. I returned the watch as instructed and have not heard only excuses from them since. Buyers beware unethical company – I bought a Casio G 7900 from these guys. It lasted about three months and than started to reset itself sometimes twice a day meaning you have to enter time date etc etc over and over again. processed the refund but they are unable to so obviously they have not refunded anything and dont intend to. This constitutes Fraud and further investigations have been commenced to retrieve the funds. All communications from them have ceased. If you want to flush money down the toilet then deal with these people as they will send you faulty products and then refuse to refund the funds when requested. Dealing with them just leads to frustrations as they lie and deceive you and you've lost your cash. There is no actual shop and the phone number provided does not work so forget about actually talking to them to resolve any issues as there is no way to contact them once they stop replying to emails which they will when pressure is put on them to do the right thing. Avoid this seller like the plague as they will send you faulty items and keep your hard earned cash regardless of their legal obligations to issue any refunds.

After sale service is rubbish. Warranty is void easily – Bought a babyg watch 2 years later the paint came off and the LED became degraded. Went to a local watch place to get the battery replaced to see if that would fix it which it didnt. When i tried to get warranty assistance they said the warranty was void because i didnt take it to a gshock repair venue

Don't bother dealing with these people – Also known as CASIOWATCHESAUSTRALIA.COM.AU - They baited me with a sale via email. They took my order and my money. Then they withdrew the sale and cancelled my order. That's how they make their cash flow! Very unethical business. Keep away from them!

i called again on the 6 january and said i want my money refunded as i still havent recieved the watch. it is now the 14th of january and still no watch, response, or refund. i still try to contact them with no luck. i am out of pocket $180. Do not deal with this company, they lie and take your money and give nothing in return. please read the guarantees of a full refund and the best service, but believe nothing. i have recieved the worst service, no goods and no refund. postage of $26 dollars like they said, have called and emailed and nothing, ask consumer affairs about what to do. They couldn't contact them and the company won't return their calls.

Great Shop, Fast Delivery, No hassles! – Bought the Leatherman Wave from TipTopShop. Ordered on Wednesday, picked it up on Thursday!
