Exceptional service. The roller shutters were installed beautifully, and both the workers and the electrician were professional, polite, and efficient. A huge thank you to the customer service team as well - they are amazing and incredibly supportive. I am very happy with the final result.

deal with in organising and measure up. From measurments to install team , everyone arrived on time, worked efficiently, and their attention to detail was second to none. The installers even took the time to tidy up after themselves, leaving the place spotless. The electrician Emmanueal and his helper were also awesome to deal with, prompt, polite and took the time to understand how I wanted the shutters wired up and delivered, he went the extra mile. The quality of the shutters is outstanding, and they have completely transformed the look of the house. If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality team, I cannot recommend Titan Shutters enough!

installer was efficient and did a fantastic job. However, the electricians they subcontract are where they fall short. They are not good at adhering to schedules and often call or show up randomly. They lack punctuality and consideration for the customer's time.

Despite this, Titan Roller Shutters does their best to get the job done and ensure customer satisfaction. Their roller shutters are great quality, and the installation is fantastic. The main issue is with the electricians, but Titan makes every effort to keep their customers happy. Overall, I highly recommend Titan Roller Shutters for their excellent products and service.

re-measuring to speedy service manufacturing the shutters were completed & ready to install in less than a month! The installation day arrived and the technicians worked well together and installed them in a very professional manner , they were fitted precisely. WoW we love the finish.We now have shutters that give us peace of mind as security is greatly increased.The shutters are blocking out the light and noise reduction they are marvellous. Purchased 2 large and 2 small shutters in April 2026. I found dealing with Titan shutters an easy and informative process. Had a small issue when one of the roller shutters did not receive the signal. This was quickly resolved by replacing the part with another one.
