Hair Straighter brush is good and very convenient – Its very easy to use and quick, haven't heard before about the company so gave a try and it looks like it is doing what it says. But only problem is, if your hairs are thick and dense brush spikes are getting bend and in 1 month to teeth are bend and i might apply for replacement. Show details

Love this hot brush ! So easy to use!!! – So I purchased this with the sales persons warning in mind "it wont make it perfectly straight but it will straighten it to an extent. It wont be as good as a straightening iron". Rubbish. It takes me just over an hour to straighten my long thick hair with an iron...and 8 seconds to straighten it with the brush. My girlfriend is so happy! – I bought this straightener as a gift for my girlfriend who has thick curly hair and she loves it. It works well for her, and saves her a lot of time - it would normally take her 45 minutes to straighten her hair and now under 10 minutes!! was ready to make the payment, she promptly charged me $129. I thought I might have heard the wrong price initially and paid $129 because I thought I was getting a good deal.

When I explicitly asked about the return policy, she said I could return the product within 24 hrs if unused. For some reason, I looked up the ratings for the product and started to feel very uneasy about my purchase. So I went back to the pop-up store within 1 hour. She refused to give me a refund because she didn't have some "password". When I insisted that I needed the refund, her colleague said they don't issue refunds, period. They kept asking me to contact the website or go to another one of their pop-up stores to see if they'll take it back. I know..."rediculous"!!!

Let's get some facts straight:

1) They do not have any stores. All they have are pop-up stores and there is no way to contact them unless you decide to drive to one of them. 2) Even if the product is faulty, the customer pays for shipping the product to have it repaired

Finally, the product is horrible. Does not straighten. There are many reputed brands with similat products on the market, that would happily take the product back if the customer is dissatisfied. That just speaks to the confidence that the company has in its products.

Perfect for someone who do not want to waste time – I have been using this straightener from last 6+ months and I can say it is the best. The best thing for my hair – Got it in Broadway shopping center and I love it!!! It takes me only 2 minutes to do my whole hair, instead of usual 20!!! I highly recommend for everyone!!!

I'm a stylist and I love it – As a stylist tine is everything and to have models arrive with damp hair is no issue I hand them my TNS brush, in minutes dry straight hair and I am ready to stake for a photoshoot. Can't see my life with out them, I have five and often buy them for my models as gifts.

Pretty good – Overall I'm pretty happy with this brush. It's definitely not as polished as my hair straightener, but it's great for taming unruly hair, quickly. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but I will certainly get a lot of use out of it.

did an amazing job – it takes really quick to heat up but it takes ages to use on really curly hair. with my Curley hair it is really hard to use and get to the back of my hair and make it straight

Did Not Tame The Frizz – I got this product for Christmas last year, and I was so excited to use it... but unfortunately it just didnt quite do what it promised.. it was fun and easy to use, but I just couldnt seem to get my hair to stay straight for long with this straightener. Sure it would be fine for someone who doesnt have naturally thick, frizzy hair, but its not a good option for me..

Hard to use – Felt it was a little awkward to use, the concept is a good idea but with your head being flat and the brush not curved it was hard to just slide it through kind of misses parts of the hair. Is still go to my straightener when I want my hair done quickly.

It does a great job – I love it. It is good quality, takes a few minutes to heat up, and does a great job. And the brush doesnt give you the same result as you get from a flat iron.. my hair feels light and has a natural straight look to it.

Not happy – I bought this brush thinking it will help me straighten my hair quicker but it didn't. I'm so upset cause there's no store to return the product. Not happy customer cause the product didn't work the way they advertised it would.

Good idea but not the best product – I bought this straightening brush because i thought it would save time and energy when straightening hair it did straighten but it wasn't properly and i found the ends of my hair would flick out which was not the look i was after. I would rather use a normal straightener for sure. Other than that the look of the actual product was pretty cool and i think it was a good idea but maybe they could redesign to work the hair better .

Absolutely horrible – Biggest waste of money!!!!! I have always owned GHDs but thought I’d give something new a go.. I shouldn’t have. My hair is ridiculously frizzy and wavy. I have never had this issue before with any straightener I have owned. I wouldn’t even give this thing away.
