Worst customer service and basic service. If their job is to deliver your package to you, then that's the basic that they should do, right? the front, in public. Then I got no notification of delivery, so I didn't know to look for it. And it was stolen. So they failed in their duty to deliver it to me. Because leaving it on a public footpath in the middle of the day, instead of at the very least inside my complex, is utterly disgraceful. When I messaged them about this, they refused to help at all, saying I didn't purchase the transit warranty, and that they were not at fault.
So in conclusion, they got my package stolen, or maybe even they stole it, and just said they delivered it. I wish I could chose not to use them. No resolution whatsoever from them.
Their tracking system is very inaccurate. The time and date aren't correct, and when you try to call, you get an AI-generated operator that can only tell you what the tracking says. I ordered a small item from a store that would be better off using Aust Post. Show details
TNT have stolen an item from me valued at $8,300. realised that I am not alone in experiencing this “attempt to deliver” scam from them. My package is quite large and heavy which might be a reason why they skipped the delivery and lied about it. They are basically a shipping company that doesn’t deliver when it is inconvenient.
I had no choice in dealing with them because the online store selected FedEX/TNT. But if you have control over which shipping company to use, please don’t use this company! I agree with many reviewers here that this company should not be allowed to operate.
Don't use it if your items / products are flatpack and roughly dimentions bigger than 100x60 in terms of length and width. They charger you around $18 for manual handing and $69.30 for saying overweight chargeable weight where actual weight is only 5-10KG for product and these are on top of the actual quote. rudely, didn't mention his name, to make sure I won't be able to trace him back and submit a formal complaint. Absolute coward! He only acted tough when he's hiding behind a phone with an anonymous identity, what a big man you are?! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
The story begins: with me calling up 13 11 50 at 11:45am on 05/11/2025 to enquire about my delivery that was promised to be delivered on 05/11/2025. At this point, the delivery was already 5 days late.
After speaking to a Customer Service operator on the phone who was very polite and understanding, he said he will transfer me to the Hallam Depot directly to ask them about why my delivery isn't coming today (05/11), as previously promised via email earlier in the week.
The phone rang at the Hallam Depot FedEx/TNT Station, and a man with an "Australian English accent" picked up. He didn't introduce himself or mention his name, and asked me arrogantly, what do I want! After I told him what the issue is, he said he is already aware of my shipment, and said that I wasn't promised a delivery date. He is a liar, I was told it will be delivered on 05/11 by [Name Removed] via email: aupcc@fedex.com on Monday 03/11/2025.
This man from depot also said that my shipment was forgotten behind on the dock, and there is nothing to do about it, it was just left behind, deal with it!
So, he admitted to messing up that the delivery was left behind, yet no apology given for that, and told me to shut up and wait, or come pick it up myself this afternoon, and before I could even say anything back, HE HUNG UP THE CALL IN MY FACE!!! The RUDEST, most DISGUSTING, most ATROCIOUS Customer Service Experience I've ever come across to date.
FedEx/TNT will never cease to surprise me with how low they can get. Not just that your drivers put the lowest effort in the deliveries they do, your Hallam Depot staff are incredibly rude, too.
The funniest part, after he hung up, I was asked to leave a review and rate my interaction out of 5 stars haha! This company is a joke.
Incredibly rude customer service, the worst I've ever come across. Absolutely disgusting behaviour to hang up the call on a customer! I didn't swear at him or raise my voice, not even once, I was very civil on the phone despite my frustration with TNT/FedEx constantly dropping the ball with my deliveries. And of course, he didn't mention his name to me on the phone on purpose, to make sure he can't be traced back by Customer Relations Team or anyone within the company when I file a complaint like this.
Please find out who that person is, and take the necessary reprimanding action. No one should ever talk to a customer in this manner. These are the absolute basics of customer service. Time for FedEx/TNT to take accountability for who they hire. Just because Depot staff aren't customer facing, doesn't mean they don't need to undergo Customer Service Training like everyone else in the company.
I decided to go pickup my delivery by myself from the depot. I don't want to deal with FedEx/TNT ever again! And I am awaiting a follow up from you that this employee has been identified and spoken to regarding their incompetent and rude customer service to me on the phone.
Negative reviews from me will appear everywhere online in relation to this incident. I will make sure I never use your services for sending or receiving any goods. I will specifically request from any online seller to not use FedEx/TNT when shipping to me, and I will be very happy to pay more or wait longer, and use any other logistics company. DHL, Australia Post, UPS, USPS, Aramex... etc. plenty of options out there that deliver better than you do, deliver on time, cost the same or cheaper, and have better customer service.

We sent out a parcel 10 days ago and TNT finally came back to us that the parcel has been damaged in their depot with a forklift runover it. Blaming us we didn't put additional insurance on top so they refused to do any claims. The most ridiculous is that they advised us the parcel was damaged but they still charge us and drive there to deliver a damaged parcel. I just don't understand their logic. Show details

TNT easy-send for ABN owner via Fedex has really lifted the shipping game imo. A sensitive 30 kg electronic item insured compares well with other carriers including pack and send. every step where it is scanned. You know what is happening to your shipment and when it will arrive. Top marks Fedex/TNT since you took over you have lifted the downstate shipping game. No more parcels arriving in the back of the newsagents ute.

Follow-up · Critical IT equipment. Packed in clearly labelled boxes. No attempted delivery, was delivered to local Aust Post drop off instead, but as no note was left I could not pick up. When I finally worked out what they'd done, I attended the local Aust Post to find it had been picked up again by TNT, driven PAST MY HOME, and returned to the depot, for subsequently delivery another 48 hours later.

saying it would be traced and we would be notified, next day another msg saying it would be delivered that day, waited for delivery and NOTHING. Their tracking says for delivery for the current day, most probably will be another 2 days. Paid top $$ for this but might as well have sent it with local couriers instead of these international companies!
Follow-up · Premium not worth it, delivery would have arrived sooner if I had gone with local couriers. You don't get to speak with a person, its all AI which respond with an apology goes in circles without resolve. Had to physically go to depo to chase up parcel as it most probably would have taken more days before delivery.
Do not pay TNT pricy critical freight charge - you are required to turn up to dispatch and be turned away until the next staff member comes on all the time your critical freight sitting in next room whilst management declare service completed Show details

Easy and smooth interstate postage – End of January we chose TNT to send a parcel over 34 kg from Perth to Melbourne. The whole process went smoothly and the parcel arrived in Melbourne in really good condition. I had to contact TNT to change from Not leave it at the premises to the opposite and the person I dealt with was very helpful and it did get delivered accordingly. Worst international parcels delivery service in Perth. Two times attampted to receive international delivery, both of them all day was at home. No one called or send a message, just notification missed you. I'm not able to pick it up on Saturday or Sunday because they are closed. Customer service even didn't try to help to resolve the issue. Was expecting a delivery from Tnt yesterday but they didn't come, I checked online in the tracking page it said 'attempted delivery, card left' . However, couldn't find the card, i booked for redelivery and today was told by someone on the phone that unfortunately it's not delivering somehow and asked if I could pick up fro the warehouse. had not used our TNT acc for over 3 years. I checked Junk in Emails and found said invoices- our supplier(by mistake) or TNT had placed the the 3 back order consignments on our account. I told our supplier the problem and they said they will contact TNT and get placed on there account at their rate. All Sort or so we thought.
January 2026 receive statement from TNT from their DEBT collectors to pay up. I contacted TNT explaining again the problem (NOT MY DEBT) I was told to fill out a form on their website stating wrong account charge , so i filled out the form and received a case file. also recontacted my supplier to say that it was still on my account, they have tried to contact some one in TNT - No replies from TNT. I have sent email chains to TNT to show that my supplier wants to accept the consignments on their account at their rate February 2026 - contacted the debt collection agency - spoke to someone in the Philippines - he was sympathetic and said he would send me a form to fill out with our supplies account details. NO FORM RECEIVED - all I got was a PAY NOW statement.
I do not know what to do - this is extortion the goods received from my supplier cost me less than what this freight is.
Had a car fridge sent to me and returned another. First one was damaged on two sides (dented) and second one arrived with cardboard box ripped and heavily depressed on the top where weighty items had been placed. No respect for freight and quite expensive. Show details

I had trouble understanding. I asked her repeatedly to speak more slowly, which she initially did & then ignored me. Consequently I made the request multiple times. She advised the delivery would be made the next day & when advised this was not correct she just kept parroting that the system said tomorrow. When the delivery was made the next day the drivers did not ring our bell but dropped the pallet in the driveway in front of my car blocking me from driving out. My husband & I, both in our mid 70’s had to lift the 60kg large pallet and move it to the side of the driveway out of the way. The writing on the pallet also indicated it was scheduled for delivery the day before. Obviously their warehouse & the system don’t talk to each other. This company is staffed by unprofessional people who have no idea what customer service means and I will never recommend them to anyone.
