Love my bed! The fabric is luxurious and looks so amazing and a great price! The colour is an oyster colour - light grey/ beige is probably what I would call it. It is well made with quality materials. I put it together in about 3 hours (I'm female and not too strong, but was relatively easy). Bought a gas lift bed from here and it looked exactly like the images and is really lovely quality, especially for the price. I'd definitely purchase from here again.

redirection 3 days after placing my initial order and anticipated a slight delay however the additional processing time was extensive.

Upon delivery Hunter Express did not notify myself or building management. The item was left in a communal rubbish disposal area and mistaken as waste and was dismantled, sorted and disposed of.

Upon prompt notification of this series of unfortunate events to Tommy Swiss customer service for assistance, their reply was disappointing. They offered only replacement parts. I understand TS not wanting to take accountability for the actions of the courier that led to the compromise of my item, however Hunter Express are an extention of your customer service experience. They do however have a responsibility to ensure the item their customer pays for reaches them safely, securely so that it can be used for its intended purchase and they failed in this situation and failed in providing a reasonable outcome.

I'm considering lodging a claim with Fair Trading NCAT as I'm out a couple hundred dollars and no bed for myself and toddler.

They care about customers – I have purchased a queeen bed from Tommy Swiss. Some items inside the pack was not complete which is annoying and I still haven't received the items.However, the customer service have tried their best to send the itmes back to me.

someone sit at the house all day waiting for a delivery when you couldn't even say if it would come or not. If you could say what day it would arrive, I could have stayed off work, but I can't just keep taking days off until you decide to deliver.

Great quality – bed came within a few days, package was slighly damaged but bed was all fine and not damaged at all. Great quality for the price. Would buy from again.

Bought a bed frame – I bought a Benny gas lift storage bed frame a few months and been really happy with the quality and how it looks - just what I had wanted to update my room. We did have a couple of tricky moments putting it together but all worked out fine in the end. I did query the fabric floor inside the base (not a solid base) but that has also been fine Happy to recommend them and support a local business

Fantastic Product! Buy it, if you are after a good quality, reasonably priced double bed – Great product. Very strong and sturdy bed. Solid make. The procedure to make it is a bit complicated but thats a sign that it will be long lasting. Been using it for 2 months. No creaks or shakes, so far. Amazing value for money. Don’t do it – Not at all accurate with online advertising vs actual product, purchased a material bed frame and the colour is completely wrong, height of frame is also wrong or not what is shown in online photos.

Great bed ! – Pretty happy to be honest, build quality better than ikea not crappy board but pretty solid & the screws were all thick & solid too. Also cheaper than ikea for the king size gas lift only 600 bucks! Myself & gorgeous brilliant wife took an hour to put it together, so far so good! Products are decent but terrible delivery – Tommy Swiss's products are quite decent for the price. Not too cheap looking but not top quality of course. However, make sure you are happy to bring in all boxes by yourself if you're buying heavy items like beds. to get into the driveway. I mean, one box was 38kg and on the packaging, it clearly shows you need two people to carry this box. After much negotiation, the delivery guy reluctantly helped to move the box to the front of the house. I am aware it's on the fine print their delivery guys would leave items at a safe spot around the house. Naturestrips is not a safe spot and naturestrips is not around the house. Our unit it about 100m into the driveway.

Tommy Swiss, I rather pay for delivery that will help move items into the house and not on the naturestrips. Change your delivery company.

Great idea purchase – Finished product looks great and of good quality. Came packaged really well also. Instructions were average but resorted to some better advice on YouTube with the gas struts and got it done. Would definitely consider buying from this shop again. urgently, i move to new place unfurnished and has no bed to sleep, they ask me just to wait and can’t do anything. again i made call today (1st of August) the customer service said no one mark my order ask urgent and maybe it will delivered either wednesday or thursday. when is their humanity when customer said they need the bed urgently and has no bed to sleep. i still need to wait my order to be delivered, but i’m so disappointed with all of this.

Good bed and Great customer service – The bed itself is good quality, priced well and easy to build. Customer service from tommy Swiss was great. The bed had missing parts and they delivered these quickly. Courier company used for delivery is a little unreliable with their communicated delivery times but the bed did arrive a couple days after they said it would. Show details
