Always loved this brand and purchased many shoes over the years. Just had to return another pair of pumps. Scuff marks, irregular colour....slow responses from TB. Shame. No further purchases. Will switch to better quality brands.

Follow-up  · Were other pairs damaged? Yes, three pairs arrived damaged (on three different occasions). Immed returned. No idea what caused the scuff marks as that is how they arrived. Return process - okay - not seamless.

Wish I could give 0 stars Shoes received, with one stretched beyond wearing. Apparently, that’s what to be expected sale items…rubbish you can’t wear. The audacity! We will never sell these shoes in store..let’s whack them on sale. Disgusting quality, disgusting service. Avoid at all costs. Show details

Used shoes, no response, repeat – I purchased their phoenix chomo boot in brown leather and it was brand new and a great fit true to size. I decided for Black Friday I would purchase the same pair this time in black and I would purchase their kitten heel Bordeaux red patent heel. They sent me used boots with a noticeable scuff and dirt at the bottom. I complained l, sent proof… Read more

with pics, and sent it back for an EXCHANGE. I complained about the used boot and for the price I wanted a new boot. They sent another pair and responded after I had to go onto Instagram to complain under their comments several times. They would not respond back to any of my emails until after the Instagram complaint. The new boots they sent that were an exchange… were also used, box bent, dirt on the bottom (again), leather was wrinkled from being worn, and the hardware underneath the boot was bent. I ended up telling them I was afraid to even exchange again since it took them nearly 2 months to even respond to me and no responses back to my email. I’m stuck with these used boots, unsatisfied, and out $180. They haven’t even shipped out my kitten heels bc they have a “higher-than-usual” amount of orders and there is a delay in shipment. This will be my last pair of shoes from them. Idc how nice they look. They mail them used and won’t respond back to customers. I’m questioning if I should notify the better business bureau because the business seems shady. No response at all until I got on Instagram leaving comments that they weren’t responding. Website was easy to navigate thought

White Anja Pumps- New Pre-order Runs Small! – I have purchased 4 pairs of Anja leather stiletto pumps over the last year or so from Tony Bianco. One pair in red, milk white, cream snake embossed and teal snake embossed. I loved this shoe, it was so comfortable and the perfect fit, even for me because its a closed pump, and I have long toes slightly wide feet (greek feet) and a shallow arch.… Read more

Usually, I purchased this shoe in a size 8.5 au, but last week I finally received my new pre-order which I waitedfor over almost 2 months (as I replaced the white Anja pumps in the same size), a size 8.5 au, but this time I tired it on and the size is more like a small narrow 8au, the foot bed is shorter and the width is smaller, plus the make is poor quality. I don't understand why they can't make the new product line properly anymore. It's like they have changed manufacturers or something. I just looked at there new Sizing chart on their website and it seams that they have indeed changed there size guide so if you are usually a size 8.5au in the stilleto pumps and you have longee toes and wider foot bed, I'd recommend that you size up to a 9au. Following the new sizing guide I noticed that an 8.5au is a 39.5euro. I am very disappointed, but I haven't given up on Tony Bianco, I just pre ordered the size 39.5eruo /9 au from their website, fingers crossed it fits like a glove, like the way my first 4 pairs of Anja pumps fit me. I will update my review once I receive them.

Slippery – If I could give zero star I would. I have nothing good to say about my uncomfortable shoes, hard stitching and slippery sole. How could a person approve such product? Produce it and sell it for more than $80 dollars I wonder. Hope people read the reviews before buying it, like I should but did not do it in time. Show details

Cheap product for a premium price – I bought a wonderful pair of leather loafers from Tony Bianco and was thrilled to wear them. In the time I had them I was disappointed to see that over time the leather started to split. I was quiet shocked and surprised that this had occurred as I had not experienced leather splitting in such a fashion. I personally am a fan of the lived in and… Read more

creased look that leather adopts over time but not splitting of this nature. Given the price I had paid I was really disappointed by this and was told by customer service that this is normal for "hi-shine leather". I have a pair of patent leather Doc Martens that I wear religiously and while they have creased (as leather shoes are want to do) the leather has not split. It is disappointing to buy a pair of shoes under the guise that they are leather but it just seams very odd for leather to wear like this over time, regardless of how it has been treated. This is more a word to the wise to perhaps take your money elsewhere and be more discerning when investing in a pair of "leather shoes".

I’m in love with my new boots! – I bought my first pair from Tony Bianco. I ordered two different sizes as I wasn’t sure how it would be. True size. Fits perfectly. Actually they look even more beautiful in person. The boots are comfortable, lightweight and comes with a zipper which is really good helps a lot. On my first time wearing them I spent five hours standing, and walking… Read more

I didn’t have any issues. Express shipping and easy returns. Good communication. I couldn’t be more happier. Gorgeous boots.

Investment in quality at reasonable prices! – I would say that reviews are skewed to negative, as more people are likely to complain than to praise! I have been a shopper at Tony Bianco for years, and stand by their quality! It can be pricey, but you’re paying for real leather, and designer quality. (So don’t expect LV quality at Billini prices!). I always invest in their shoes as they last… Read more

me years! And their customer service is incredible, particularly when calling/email/visiting a store directly. They normally are super quick to exchange sizes (quicker than doing so by post) and I like to go in and try the styles on.

100% recommend this brand!

Bags: YES!!, Shoes: IDK? – Look I’ve never bought or worn their shoes as I’m a big girl and have wide feet so I can’t comment on their shoe quality. But I have bought their bags. I love them. They are always the perfect size for what design they are, and the quality is amazing for vegan leather. The last bag I had was the Jonas crossbody bag and I used it to death. Over 4… Read more

years it lasted, despite how horribly I treated it. It’s actually still useable and not in that bad condition just some minor flaking of the leather in areas on the strap and near the zip. I stuffed it full daily and never had issues with the zip, it still runs as smooth as day one.

I’ve just bought another two bags to add to the collection and I’m not afraid to say that TB is my absolute favourite when it comes to handbags. I wish their shoes came in wide fit but thats an industry issue not just TB.

It’s disappointing to see all these negative reviews when people have one bad experience rather than giving them a chance to fix the issue.

Good shoes, good support – I ordered online and the delivery was within the stated time. Shoes fit as expected. I've bought Tony Bianco before but now have purchased from them direct online. Happy with my decision to purchase online.

Influencer nonsense – So apparently they can decide to send you a damaged pair (like a totally broken sole) and you can either accept it for a measly discount or you have to send it back, and wait for it to return to the warehouse for a new pair to be shipped out. So shady and off-putting. I don’t understand as it is a best selling item that is restocked often, so just… Read more

send a good pair. Will not be returning as a customer. Paris Texas is worth the slight price difference.

Expect Poor Quality goods that are damaged within a couple of hours of wearing! – *** Update**** After a lot of persistence I did get an exchange on my faulty boots form Tony & Bianco customer service several weeks later. Worst Customer Service Experience: I purchased a pair of knee-high boots, and they were damaged within 1.5 hours of wearing them due to the extreme poor quality of the goods. Their response was to advise me… Read more

that the damage was due to wear and tear, be warned that this company thinks it is reasonable to sell $400 boots that cannot sustain a couple of hours of reasonable wear without damage. They refused a refund or even an attempt to repair a product that is clearly not fit for use. I will be following this up with Fair Trading - Be warned that Tony Bianco sell overpriced and poor-quality goods, I strongly recommend staying clear of this brand. The customer service experience was dismal, and I just got palmed off and the manager never bothered to respond to me directly. A 1 star is far too generous!

Terrible quality – Ordered online and received shoes with a fault. I emailed them and they never replied, even after following up. Another pair - the strap around the back of the heal stretched so much after a few wear that now they are like flip flops! Terrible quality. May as well have got the same thing for half the price. Show details

They are giving bad reputation to Australians – This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I have been scammed in the past by Chinese webpages before and this is exactly like it! I ordered from the webpage, they sent me a damage product and the costumer service [Name Removed] then starts to harass me over and over by email not to return my money back. I don’t even know… Read more

Never buy online. They send you used shoes – I purchased a pair of sandals in Sydney, they didn't have my size so they ordered them from the South Yarra store to be delivered to my home. The shoes that arrived were scuffed on the sole and the right shoe was from the store shelf and stretched. I contacted TB and was told I had to return them to a store for a refund, which I did. A store in… Read more

Sydney then put the pair I returned, into their stock to re-sell. I purchased another pair online of the same sandal online thinking they would be a new pair. A week later I received the new pair from the Broadbeach store and they were the same as the first pair scuffed on the sole and the right shoe was from the store shelf and stretched. I contacted TB and the final email I have from the customer service agent says that I can return them and quoted from the email response "The soles of the shoes will just get dirty once worn anyway," . Not a happy customer as I used to like their shoes. Their brand has definitely gone downhill. It's not very good business practice when their policy is to send online customers shoes that have been worn in store and off the stores retail shelf. As the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission states "Online businesses have the same responsibilities to consumers as physical businesses." This does not seem to be the case with TB as I have found out.

As comfortable as a $10 Kmart shoes – First purchased with Tony Bianco and completely disappointed!! We pay premium price for a shoe that is as comfortable as a $10 Kmart shoe. No padding on the sole whatsoever, after one use my feet are so sore! Given the price I do not recommend!!!

Made my self-isolation all worth it! – Tried to buy a pair of sandals for my partner for Christmas this year. Bought the wrong size and colour, contacted the customer service team to see if I could get the correct pair sent before Christmas and they were more than helpful. Offered a full refund for the other pair even though they were on a final sale. Special mention to Jessica who dealt with my case and was extremely helpful.

The Customer service is poor and disappointing – I bought a pair of shoes online during lockdown. The shoes have fault and I could not wear them. I had to wait for a few months of whole lockdown period while I could not wear the shoes… Read more

The poorest quality ever – I have ordered online two shoes and I tried one of them for a dinner party in restaurant. I have my heels even from 5 years ago and still can use them with my different dresses. But this one I can’t use it anymore as it’s ripped... I contact with customer service and they said sorry. The quality of the shoes is very bad... the looks are good but just one time useable...  Show details

Tony Bianco sent me used, faulty, cheap shoes – This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with, absolutely STAY AWAY! Lotti Blue Wash Denim boots purchased online – Ordered the 'Lottie' in 'Blue Wash Denim' online. Processing and delivery was a little slower than I'd like but Aus Post delivered on a Sunday so me no complain. They are true to size (8.5) and in mint condition. Faulty? – I bought a pair of Paisley Black Trieste flat form sandals from TB online. For $170, I was expecting mid range quality. The back foot strap fell off on the second wear, and the soles of both were already deteriorating. TB's examples of normal wear and tear caused by the owner include straps falling off, but I'm pretty sure shoes are not meant to break less than a week after purchase and after only being worn twice. Show details

Amazing styles, super uncomfortable – I love going into Tony Bianco, their customer service is always friendly and inviting and the brand always offers amazing styles at decent prices. to purchase stick on gel pads, yet, sometimes even they are not enough. It's just annoying because I love their shoes and their popular amongst my friends and many young people. My feet are quite wide at the font, yet quite bony and I have a large arch, and their shoes just simply aren't doing it for me. The thing is, I would just say it's my feet, but I haven't really had much issue with other brands such as Wittner or Jo Mercer. Overall, I believe that Tony Bianco is a good brand however, they just need to work on designing shoes that offer both comfort, style, and quality.
