Tom came to clean my gas ducted heating. He arrived on time. Tom also cleaned my Split system as well did pest control in my roof. Tom explained everything really well also how much it would cost. He was not pushy at all and made suggestions of what extras needed to be done. Job was left clean and well done. Thankyou Tom for great service.
I booked this company to clean my evaporative cooling system. The worker arrived with a ladder, climbed onto the roof and appeared to be working, but he never opened the unit or properly serviced it. into my ceiling, causing potential damage. He told my wife that additional cleaning of the internal vents would cost extra. He briefly brought a machine inside for about two minutes and then said the job was finished, even though no real cleaning was done. He also sent me a photo of a broken cable, which did not appear to be from my unit, and claimed it needed replacing for an additional $250. After we paid, they blocked me on Facebook and by mobile phone, so I could no longer contact them. I believe this business deliberately misled us, did not perform the agreed service, and attempted to charge for unnecessary or [Content Removed] repairs. I suspect this is organised [Content Removed] misconduct behaviour.
Got mine done on a Sunday and arrived on-time as per appointment. Professional and explained things that will be done as I got both AC Evap unit and ducting cleaned and sanitized. Fresh air smell and my unit started no issues. Friendly excellent service, I’ve attached some photos so hope that helps you too as I was skeptical with this sort of stuff myself but glad a got it done after reading others reviews also before I booked it.

Hired these guys to do a full service of my evaporative cooling system. They only hooked up one vent - all the other ones were left alone and they’re all dusty/dirty. They went up through the man hole and came back down within 5 mins saying it was done - that they opened up some tiles and accessed the outside/rooftop part and serviced it,… Read more
including using high pressure wash (as shown in their advertising videos). I did not see them take up a high pressure washing machine so how was this achieved? They showed me a photo - but it was a very close up one - it looked like it was a generic photo, it was saved on their phone album (not the most recent one) and when they forwarded it to me, after closer inspection, the tiles and surrounding area do not match my home etc so it’s clearly a [Content Removed] photo. They wanted to put sanitation stuff in but again, it took less than 30 seconds of being in the man hole before coming back down saying it was complete. They overcharged and also wanted to do other things like pest control.
I do not recommend them - as they apparently do not do the job, provided fake photos, overcharge and try to add on other services without approval.
They are refusing to refund.

David came out to clean and service my evaporative cooler and explained everything clearly throughout the process. He even took before-and-after photos to show the difference, and the results were fantastic, especially considering I hadn’t cleaned it once in the six years I’ve lived here in my house. I decided to book Top Air Ducts Cleaning after seeing their advertisement for $199 (not “from $199”), which included supply vent cleaning, air duct cleaning, and a free deodoriser. However, I later found that most of the other services are optional — something that should have been made clearer upfront. My property is only five years old. The… Read more
heater vents were already shut off as part of a government incentive for split systems, meaning less work was needed. The evaporative cooling system is rarely used and only has five vents plus one return vent. Despite this, I went ahead with the cleaning for peace of mind.
To my surprise, I was given the following quote: • Heating/cooling ducts – $200 • Service evaporative cooling unit – $250 • Install new filter – $150 • Sanitise & disinfect entire system – $150 • Mould remediation (main split system) – $100 • Repair two dislodged cooling pipes – $350 • Range hood flue cleaning – $150 • Three exhaust fan cleanings – $200 Total: $1,705 (incl. GST)
I decided to exclude some items I could manage myself, and the technician offered to do everything for $1,100. Though I felt uncertain about the value, I agreed.
When I returned home, my wife informed me that only the supply vent was cleaned. The room vents were untouched, the screens were still dirty, the dislodged pipe was still visible outside, and the three exhaust fans were not done — the technician claimed these were excluded.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I recommend clarifying the full scope and confirming inclusions in writing before proceeding with this company.

We had our central and evaporative cooling system cleaned. Also serviced our heating unit, David explained everything to us and how much it will cost me , cleaned up when he finished. Deodoriser they put through smells amazing Thanks David

do the cleaning of the heating & cooling vents, clean the return, sanitiser, a new filter serviced the heating unit which cost me $1,000.00. I had a seperate pest control provider come to inspect and they advised no wasp nest and no evidence of one.
