fault at the very beginning but found that I didn't have one of the fat round screw things in properly and that was upsetting it. Now it goes together in a flash and I never have a problem. The machine comes with different bits and having used it for over a year I understand how to get the best out of it. The quality and taste of the juice is yummy and I recommend it to my friends.

Great juice great service from distributor – A great juicer which we have been delighted with. The juicer extracts a large amount of juice from vegetables and fruits, more I suspect than nearly any other kind of juicer. Unfortunately a small piece of the cover broke off. I contacted the Australian distributor, Neal, who quickly sent me a replacement, without arguing about wether it was our fault or not, under the warrantee provisions. Best purchase of 2021 – My wife is undergoing treatment and we needed something to boost our daily supplement intake. I was hesitant to order this at first but thanks to previous reviews this product satisfies our needs. We use it to juice apple, celery, carrot, orange and beetroot. Does it’s job to perfection. Love this cold press juicer – I try to use mainly vegetables for nutritional benefit and find the Torus Echo delivers great results with dry pulp and maximum juice. you don't go over the maximum fill line & put the pieces in steadily, it chews them up nicely & extracts a good quality juice in no time. It did take me a couple of times to figure out assembly & disassembly- but after that I got the hang of it. It's solid & well made and I would definitely recommend.

Best decision I ever made – I was looking for a cold press juicier to suit the whole family. The different size strainers make the perfect juice to suit our individual tastes. Great but don't put Banana in it! – I had issues with the machine backing up at first. I couldn't get the waste product to come out of the end as it is supposed to do. Unfortunately, because I was new to juicing, I was putting banana in it which blocked it up because Banana's are all fibre and no juice (As the kind man from Torus explained to me). part, I should have had the one with 'S' for 'Soft Fruit', instead of the one with the arrow on it. I called the number on the manual and the nice fellow from Torus set me straight and now it's working perfectly... thank goodness! I told the Torus man that I found the instructions a bit ambiguous and could find nothing online line showing how to operate this model, which he said was only recently released in October 2020. He told me they are in the process of making videos with this new model which will help new customers a lot. :)

when you go to the effort of making a fresh cold pressed juice. This juicer is very well designed and easy to use, no fiddling about. I particularly recommend it to my clients for leafy greens, lime, kale and celery as this combo will provide you with nutrients like iron and vitamin C.

I juice celery most days. I only need to cut the stalks or any wide pieces in half; feeding the pieces through takes no time at all. The amount of juice we get is amazing!

Wow wow wow – I don’t usually write reviews but I really think this juicer is next level. I’ve been trying to have daily celery juice for a long time but washing up the juicer and all the cutting takes so much time.
