Terrible – Purchased a Tile Saw (wet saw) from them on 30th May 24. I used it on two small jobs approx 1.5 m2 each, a few weeks apart. I asked for another saw or refund but was told that it's policy to send it away for repair, no offer of another saw as a temp replacement. About 2 weeks later had another job, saw not ready and so I bought another one from another tool shop. Then around the 2nd of September the store rang and said that the saw can't be repaired and that they would get a new one which would take two weeks. I pointed out how terrible their service is and that I wouldn't buy from them again. They rang again two days later and said they had one in stock for me. Unfortunately I had to go to Melbourne for a few days and was unable to pickup the new saw until the 9 September. When I picked it up, there was no apology for the poor service, in fact the man who served me seemed to expect that I'd be happy. I just told him that I will never buy anything from Total Tools again. I'm not a fan of Bunnings but if I bought something from them that broke I would be offered a replacement or a refund or credit on the spot. I wouldn't be left waiting for weeks and forced to buy another saw to keep working. Now I have two wet saws so I'll have to sell one, I will have to sell it for less than I paid so I'll be out of pocket on the saw plus two roundtrips to Albury.
Update, on the 8th of September Total Tools Albury called me but I missed the call, they emailed me on the 9th asking me to call to see if they could resolve the problem. I told them not to bother, way too late and I had already given the second saw to my son in Melbourne.

Handy bit of gear – picked up a pair of Crescent combo pliers, its a fantastic product and worth the money. they have a side cutter and terminal crimp as well for electrical terminals, a fantastic 3 in 1 tool. Show details
