Expensive and would not price match – The Manager of this store refused to price match to local Australian physical store competitors. I showed them the proof, they still refused. I went to Sydney Tools who looked at competitive pricing and price matched. I was right and Total Tools should remove all advertising that "we won't be beaten (on price)". Don't service your tools here if you want them back in one piece. Still no resolve - very fitting – I gave them a Jackhammer to look at and mentioned the fault was a small wire inside the housing shorting out as we could see it and it finally melted as it was in contact with the steel . When confronted they said they would take it back and provide screws however the cut cables were out of their knowledge . Customer service at its worst. Avoid at all costs.

The failed tool was purchased through another major tool retailer who left it to me to organise the repair. Great to deal with guys who know what they re talking about – Found the tools I wanted online, but wanted to talk to someone before buying. The guy on the phone said that they only had one item in stock according to the computer. He asked me to wit while he went and checked that it was actually on the shelf. Milwaukee 125 Orbital Sander – I Found the sander does its job very well, it is easy and comfortable to use,it is just the right size to hold and control.The dust collector bag is very efficient and easy to remove and clean,it also has extra long power lead 2.4 m long.The unit also has slow start which i found excellent ,it takes 4-5 seconds to reach the desired speed which you can control on the dial on the machine Show details
