quick sale, but told me everything I need to know. I had researched the item prior, but after being explained everything off Derrick I was a lot further informed! I was that impressed, I purchased all the items and more that I need right then! Derrick was such a gentleman always went that extra bit, but definitely not pushy. He even let my 6 yr old daughter scan one of the items (not sure if I’m aloud to mention) now even my 6yr old wants to go buy more tools! I never generally give feedback, cause I was raised not to say anything if it’s not positive and these days most of the time you walk out of a shop disappointed like I did across the road! But I felt I need to point out how happy I was with everything to do with my experience on Sunday 22/2 it an absolute credit to the company and staff AAA++++

Good customer service – I was a Sydney Tools Customer in Gregory Hills. Sydney Tools in Gregory Hills has a very bad customer service. Some new staffs and the manager are the worst ones. At the same time Total Tools gave me great customer service and the staff were friendly as well. I spend at least thousand dollars every year as I am a tradie. $800 for 3 minutes – the pressure hose touched exhaust and blew a hole in it 3 minutes into using it for the first time. There should be a metal guard or a braided section of the hose Show details

SP Air Ratchet – I purchased SP Air Ratchet it was last one in stock so I received the Demo one . Few weeks later I try using the Air Ratchet the drive head would not undo a 8 mm nut I return the ratchet back to Total tools . have the box so they cant refund it manger said to me put on Gum Tree to sell it SP Ratchet was sent back to SP Tools under warranty I received the Ratchet back and Ratchet work well. Be Careful of Total Tools selling people demo products. When you take tools back the Manger tell you place it on Gum Tree you got have the box in come in I will Never purchased any thing from Total Tools again

Couldn't be happier with the help received. I was after edge guide for a DeWalt router, and had to look at another brand. They didn't have one in stock, but rang around for me, checked the other store (Prestons) had stock, and were genuinely pleasant and helpful. A far cry from the other major tool store in Gregory Hills.

Awesome experience – First time visiting a total tools store and was blown away by the range that they had. Provided exactly what I needed – Asked for a stainless steel cutter. At first the assistant thought I needed a cutter to cut stainless steel, but another assistant, Derrick, asked me further questions and then realised that what I needed was a cutter made of stainless steel.
