The store is well set out and the staff are polite I just feel that the staff need to have training on the specialised equipment to be able to answer questions or if unsure can get access to online info to assist when answering questions.

Best tool shop that I've had to buy from – I've been buying from Total Tools for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. I have found the range of tools to be great and they have the full range of options to suit all budgets. Other big tool stores do have as big a range and similar products but while I still have good experiences at Total Tools, I will keep going there.

Text msg for the sale was alittle misleading – Recieved text telling me boxing day sale 20% almost everything storewide. understand, just prefer next time you send out text msgs that they include whats excluded as well. And possibly have signs making it clear was is and isn't discounted when in store.
