Abfab – Was seeking advice on a battery powered lawn mower. The salesperson was very helpful and the purchase of a ego 47 inch mower was after my first 10 minutes of useing it gave me a fantastic never going back to petrol. Thankyou salesperson with a predominate beard much appreciated cheers

Great staff when purchasing, until you have to return a faulty item – Returned a faulty Milwaukee electrical tool and was met with instant resistance and being talked ‘down’ too. It was a chore for the staff to help. Spent a lot of money in Total Tools over the years and the be treated so rudely and unhelpful with no concern to your business impact, it’s very disappointing. Will never buy from Total Tools again that that experience. Show details

Excellent range, helful staff – I visited the Sandgate store. The range was vast. the staff were exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. When considering different small blowers, they had no trouble demonstrating one to us. I had a return for a missing rivet on a toolbox, and found that experience excellent too.  Show details

Xcellent great to deal with – They were great to deal with I asked for a price match on a deal from Sydney which I knew they couldn't beat because it was a Special. So I asked them if they could get close to the delivered price from Sydney, they came with +$35 so I took it which I thought was pretty good deal. Show details

Competitive prices – Shopped around on the phone as i usually do and Total tools were the best everytime. Bought a dozen pair of ninja gloves, got em half price... Concrete tools were half the price of Saddos, for the same gear..?? Show details

honeywell howard leigh digital am/fm earmuff excellent – i have never worn ear muffs with a radio fitted to them . after buying them i really like them they are a good quality and they block out the out side noise and i can hear the radio clearly Show details

Down in stock – Staff were helpful in trying to find a replacement 1/3 sheet sander for my old Makita however options were very limited. Not a big fan of Bosch however time will tell. Show details
