good to have a store like this – I purchased a lathe through Total Tools,and their service was good,there was a delay in receiving my tool as the company it was purchased from had to reorder as the tool had a fault,It arrived and i was promptly notified it was in store .When I Picked it up it was an easy process and as it was heavy , they even put on my car for me ,Good service and i will purchase from them again . Show details

Terrible service – Ordered a compressor and nozzle in February and did not receive any info about the ETA for the compressor. Called and they only answered on the third go with a promised call back which I never received. Called again the next week and still had no help. Contacted online support and found out it was on back order. Still waiting to receive it as they keep pushing back the arrival time Show details

Not the most extensive of ranges – Quite a few options in a very small group of brands. Otherwise not a lot of choice. Went in to purchase a Milwaukee kit, price was higher than when I had checked online (granted it was a while ago). End up getting a smaller kit than I really wanted and then tried to get a socket set... not much choice there. Again, ended up settling for a smaller set than I wanted. A great store with a great range of Products – The store was very busy and the staff were struggling to keep up with the Customers in store. It was hard to speak to a staff member about the products I was interested in. Rostering of staff needs to be looked at so that staff and pushed beyond their limits. phone, it turns out they were a different brand, specification and price point (100 dollars less) than the website. The website didn't accurately list the specifications so the staff found what I needed to know by other means.

I then spent the saved money on upgraded accessories rather than travelling back just in case I needed them.

The bottom line is when sales staff and company policy are welcoming to your customers those customers often upsell themselves.

I there is any criticism at all it would be reserved for the website (both internally and externally) as it could be easier for both staff and customers to get hold of accurate data. The website does continue to improve, this is just a suggestion where the improvement could be well targeted.

Excellent Service, great stock variety – Went looking for large toolbox with shelving. Only place I could find what I wanted. First salesperson was very helpful. When I went back to pay and organize collection it was smooth and pain free.

warranty direct with Kreg,the upside being,I was not left without the use of the tool. They didn't have to do this and the assistance is great appreciated.

Excellent service – Excellent service at Mackay store. Attendant demonstrated the product and answered questions without hesitation. Then he carried everything to the counter to save us. Couldn’t beat this for service.

Looking for Rigging frogs – The staff were friendly but the stock of riggers frogs for tools was very limited. The pricing for those there was ok though. There are a lot of scaffolders and riggers in the Mackay region so this was rather disappointing Show details

No stock Different to website – According to website your store was showing stock of mig0.8mm welding wire. Nil of any brand in store. Also showing stock of the website of sandblasting nozzles and when I got there nil in store. Show details

Good staff interaction helpful and knowledgeable – Staff where limited in numbers as it was quite busy over the weekend totally enjoyed the shop good lay out ,and staff where able to direct me to the right tools ,even rang me to let me know they had stock on pallets and gave me a curiosity call to let me know i will be back even my wife loved the shop and was quite excited to see me spend money cheers thanks for the good service.... Not so flash sale – Travelled in for “big sale” upto %50 off sale. Not very impressed this time. Not much on sale plus didn’t have in store what I was chasing. Travelled 2hrs to get there amongst other things. I’ll still shop there but not very impressed anymore. Show details
