They had the tools that I was looking for – When walking into the richlands store was greated with a lovely young girl at the front counter asking me if I needed any help so I told her what I was looking for and she took me to the area in which the tools were in found what I was looking for and proceeded to the counter to make payment then found so more tools to purchase and walk out of the store very happy in the way I was treated . Absolutely Pathetic – This is by far the worse place I have ever been, dealt with a woman there who was rude, condescending and actually had no idea what she was talking about.

I'll be coming round the Routin' – Was helped by individual, but was choosing between two small routers by same manufacturer. Having no 'better grade' item in stock, aka, no box. Great location, competitive pricing – I was disappointed TradeTools were closed but discovered these guys practically on my doorstep. Looks to be a worthy competitor in a crowded marketplace.

best instant service ever – The bloke who served me , saw me unloading my empty argon bottle from my car , and by the time i got to the front door , met me there with a refill , straight to the counter and back out the front door in a minute flat ...
