Great Service – I attended the Springwood Store for an item, which was not currently in stock at this store. The staff member telephone another store to check availability for me. When I attended the other store (Coopers Plains), the item was waiting for me. I also needed another item which the staff member was more than helpful to get for me.

Customer – I recently purchased a Makita drill, the staff at Total Tools Springwood were so helpful. Prior to going there I went to trade tools which is located around the corner, their staff did not ask if I was ok/needed help...? I just walked out.

Poor sales service – Hello, I purchased an Ego mower from the Springwood store, explaining at the time that it was to be delivered to a friend in Thornlands (a short distance from the store), they were to drop it off within 4 days so that it could be bought down to me in NSW this was to save me a delivery fee of $345. and understood what was to happen. He did mention that delivery trucks and staff were short at the moment. We discussed that it could be taken from the box and delivered in a staff members boot or similar and that he would ring my friend and organise the delivery. The sale went through and I was sent a receipt via email. On the 3rd day I was getting anxious as my friend had not heard from Total Tools. I rang and asked for Gavin - who had gone on holidays. So another sales person Matt explained that there was no vehicles available to deliver the mower. So I had spent $1149.00 with offer of free delivery, so I did not think that this was very satisfactory. Now my friend has to wait until the store opens on Monday before he can leave for his holiday down here in Drake NSW. Also when the receipt was sent I asked how I went about redeeming my free battery and have not yet had any response. Very poor and frustrating sales service. Sincerely, Barbara Lawrence.

At least they let me use their toilet – Service from initial guy was great, he opened the toilet for me to use (I had just travelled 3.5 hours to get there due, usually takes 2 but due to border closure took longer and I was absolutely busting). special order took ages – I've put in a special order(DIABLO 209MM 60T TCT CIRCULAR SAW BLADE FOR WOOD CUTTING - FINE FINISH MPN2608644447) on 27/05/2020 in store, Staff advised that it could take about 1 week to arrive, 2 weeks passed, I called them for an update, staff advised item still hasn't arrived, will contact me once they received. It's almost 3 weeks since ordered, what is going on with my order? how can it takes that long shipping from state to state !!! Show details

Great Service – Called into the store to look at buying some nails and fuel cells for a Nail Gun I recently purchased. how the fuel cells worked and they should be universal. He also explained any dramas to bring it back and they would refund. Went home, loaded the gun with the fuel cells and nails etc and bingo I am a happy bloke. Thanks for the great customer service.

Great tool, great experience – The 1/2” Warren&Brown torque wrench is a great product. Leaves my old Kincrome for dead. The tool is a lot more solid and easy to use. Staff are always friendly and very helpful too. Show details

Great Staff who love to assist – Went to buy a Bailey 2.4m 3in1 ladder. Consistent very good service across all stores – I have attended several stores in Brisbane and the Gold coast but this was my first experience at Springwood and true to form the young lady that took my phone enquiry and served me in the store was helpful , courteous and got my request sorted very quickly getting me on my way back to site.
