Very disappointed – Took my dad to Total Tools yesterday for a bench belt sander. After wandering around for ages looking for the item or some help I went to the counter and asked the girl could she please help. Worst experience ever with Faulty Milwaukee .95 L vacuum extractor – Totally unacceptable response to replace a faulty Milwaukee upright vacuum cleaner. After many years of faithful purchase totally large amounts spent. The store manager would not replace a 6 month old Milwaukee vacuum. Didn't use up my store credit – I deliberately came into the store to use my credit before the end of the month, and gave them my account details, but they didn't use the credit against my purchase.

Exactly what I needed and an expert to put it together for me :) – Needed a fitting to complete my airbrush kit. Staff were quick and efficient in assisting. Staff assisted in finding the exact couplings that I needed. Show details

Great service and advice – We weren’t sure what brand, size, etc we were after, just wanted a battery operated whipper snipper and blower. Jake new everything about them and even offered tips on operation and care. Price was better than we had seen elsewhere, and we got the blower for free because of a Makita promotion. I had a small child with me and my shopping experience was great! – I attended with my young son looking for a welder the staff member was excellent provided great customer service and Knowledge of the products.
