Had just what I needed – I needed a 14mm Tap for an engine repair. Every place i went to only had the kits which did not have the size I required. This store had exactly what I was looking for plus so much more. Great store and even better customer service.

Appalling customer service – My local store is normally pretty good with customer service, however on my last visit I waited for over 15 minutes to be served, whilst one of the staff have a personal conversation with a friend. When I was finally served I was greeted with a blunt and unenthusiastic member of staff who had no explanation or apology for why I had waited for so long. Show details

Incompetent computer system – I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes while your computers tried to work the assistant stated that you had recently updated your systems and it hasn’t been working properly since. He was great your system was not I do not have 10 minutes spare to wait while my transaction is being processed because this actually increases costs to my jobs leaving me out of pocket. Show details

store discount sale on tools at that time and I was able to purchase the battery through them, cheaper than Auto Pro could sell it to me direct! To the young guy at Total Tools I say thank you for your marvellous effort.

worth every cent – Not always the cheapest, but the few dollars extra you pay seems to go towards quality staff. Every time I walk in I'm greeted, even when they're busy. If I look lost, guarantee one of them will approach me and not only tell me where a product is, but 9 time out of 10 they'll walk me to it. the product details so I buy the right thing. I've walked in with random nuts and they've found the right fitting tool each time. Always my first stop for tools. For convenience I went to a different store a few years ago, and it was chalk and cheese. The staff at Elizabeth are dead set legends and most importantly the times my wife has gone in there she's never been made to feel bad because "she didn't understand a tool".....and even if I don't understand, we're never treated as idiots.
