Educate your staff – Asked about a specific product king chrome 7917 tool box. None on display to view and make an informed decision. Your staff member located them on top shelf but couldn’t offer to get it down. He couldn’t properly read the facts sheet on the product so was quoting me incorrect information. I nearly left if mot for another member accommodating my requirements. Pretty poor service in my opinion.

Have bought some pretty ordinary stuff – Example Saber 2900psi motorized pressure washer very hard to start if you don't use for 3 months Its now a shed queen !! cheap Chinese drill bits are crap good for single drill hole Too late when you are on site and want to get home that bit earlier and find the stuff packing up Hence a longer than usual job = more time Having said that… Read more

quality tools are available but hard to locate because of cheap Chinese crap flooding all Aussie stores in general !!

Lacked Product Knowledge – My Wife and I went in to purchase a line trimmer. Decided to purchase an Ego after hearing good things about them. The salesman suggested a package that what we thought included a line trimmer and a number of other tools. When getting it home, after destroying the box to get it open, we realised it didn't have a line trimmer head in the box. Not happy after all this was really the main tool we were after

Great customer service – Called up regarding a log splitter. Staff member was accurate and knowledgeable. Went the next day to pick it up and staff were great. Great knowledge snd helped load it into the car. Cannot fault the experience.

Argon 5/2 gas bottlr – Sick of using disposable gas bottles for my MIG welder and so I went and bought a size D bottle yesterday and a Michigan Welding Co side entry Argon dual gauge regulator. No sale – There has been many many catalogs in the last year. Been after a 18 volt dewalt brushless angle grinder . They have been $329 for over a year so there latest pro mo said every tool discounted . But guess what no difference same price. Show details

Great store with a variety of tools – My only problem is when you advertise a sale, it actually isn’t. Prices are the same as they always are. Probably only 5% of tools in the store actually have a reduction in price. I’m sure other tradies think the same. Show details

Great service and selection – Went to exchange something at a different store to which I purchased it (different TT that is) and while the guy couldn't technically refund me due to being a different franchise, he credited me anyway and let me do an exchange. He didn't have to do that but what a top bloke, saved me an hours drive for the same result! Their selection is great and they always have what I need at a decent price. Show details
