just should except the situation and move along. I was really disappointed in the whole experience. The customer service was horrendous and i truly believe both those blokes are tarnishing the companies image.

Bad website – I tried several times ton your website to set Mt Barker as my home to collect something I needed. After several attempts when the website changed Mt Barker to Lonsdale I gave up. I then phoned Mt Barker store and organised to get what I needed at the advertised price. Top marks to them. I use a MacIntosh and that may be the problem. Not helpful with ordering stock – wanted To order a Dewalt tool back pack that is listed on the web site but snot stocked I was told couldn’t do it on a weekend so I went to Bunnings and ordered it cheaper. Show details

Perfectly helpful – On arrival I was greeted with a friendly hello and a smile and can I help you with anything. While browsing through the store several members of staff asked if I needed assistance and when I did they got me exactly what I was looking for. Super happy customer

excellent store, brilliant layout anselection of tools – I found that the store has a wide slection of good quality tools. The layout and labeling of the aisles makes the store a pleasure to shop in. As an electrician I have a narrow group of tool brands I prefer I found in the store that the options I could use was wide. I also felt that the store the options offered were not rediculously wide.
